The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having experience of particular sub-work, with the collaborating firm having experience of the specific sub-work. The principal contractor should have experience of the particular work, and in case of joint venture, the lead partner should have annual turnover from construction, particular construction experience, and financial capability to meet cash flow requirement of the subject contract. The bidder should have experience of successfully completing similar works during the last five years. The similar work experience can be in one of the following forms: 1. Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. 2. Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. 3. One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. For specific components, the experience required is as follows: 1. Sewer Network: Minimum Diameter - 125 MM, Length - 400 M 2. Sewage Pumping Main: Minimum Diameter - 80 MM, Length - 250 M 3. Sewage Treatment Plant: Experience of similar nature of work successfully carried out in a single work with a minimum of 50% of the tendered capacity. 4. Pumping Station with Pumps: Similar nature of work in a single project. The bidder should also have a net worth of 8% of the tender cost for continuous three years from the financial year in which they desire to take the work, and financial capability to meet cash flow requirement of the subject contract, with not less than 50% of the respective limits prescribed in case of individual contractors.
