Item No:- 6- Providing and laying Cast in Situ/Ready Mix cement concrete in M-10 of trap/ granite/ quartzite/gneiss metal for foundation and bedding including bailling out water, formwork, laying/ pumping, compacting, roughening them if special finish is to be provided, finishing if required and curing complete, with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled reversible Drum Type mixer/concrete Batch mix plant (Pan mixer) etc. complete. With natural sand/V.S.I quality Artificial Sand.

Item No:- 7- Providing cast in situ/ ready mix M20 grade cement concrete for head walls and CD work/ retaining walls etc. including necessary form work, compaction, finishing and curing etc. complete. (with reversible Drum Type mixer/ concrete Batch mix plant (Pan mixer) with SCADA with Natural/ VSI standard Artificial Sand, cement 4.05 bags/cumt)

Item No:- 9- Providing and laying in situ/Ready Mix cement concrete M-20 of trap/ granite/ quartize/ gneiss metal for R.C.C. work in foundations like raft, strip foundations, grillage and footings of R.C.C. coloumns and steel stanchions etc. including bailing out water, formwork, laying/pumping cover blocks, compaction and curing roughening the surface if special finish is to be provided (Excluding reinforcement and structural steel) etc. complete, with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled reversible Drum Type mixer/ concrete Batch mix plant (Pan Mixer) etc. complete. With natural sand/ V.S.I. quality Artificial Sand.

Item No:-10- Providing and laying Cast in situ/ Ready Mix cement concrete in M-20 of trap/ granite/ quartizite/ gneiss metal for R.C.C. pardi of required thickness including centering, formwork, cover blocks. Laying / pumping, compacting , curing, finishing and roughening them if special finish is to be provided and curing complete.( Excluding reinforcement and structural steel) etc. complete, with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled reversible Drum Type mixer/ concrete Batch mix plant (Pan Mixer) etc. complete. With natural sand/ V.S.I. quality Artificial Sand.

Item No:-11- Providing and laying Cast in situ/ Ready Mix cement concrete in M-20 of trap/ granite/ quartizite/ gneiss metal for R.C.C. slabs and landings as per detailed designs and drawings including centering, formwork, cover blocks, Laying / pumping, compaction finishing the formed surface with cement mortar 1:3 of sufficient minimum thickness to give a smooth and even surface or roughening if special finish is to be provided and curing etc. complete.( Excluding reinforcement and structural steel) etc. complete, with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled reversible Drum Type mixer/ concrete Batch mix plant (Pan Mixer) etc. complete. With natural sand/ V.S.I. quality Artificial Sand.

Item No:-12- Providing and fixing in position HCRM/ CRS (Corrosion Resistant Steel) bar reinforcement of various diameters for R.C.C. pile caps, footings, foundations, slabs, beams coloumns, canopies, staircase, newels, chajjas, lintels pardis, copings, fins, arches etc. as per detailed designs, drawings and schedules. including cutting,bending, hooking the bars, binding with wires or tack welding and supporting as required complete.

Item No.13:- Providing and applying Tack coat on the prepared surface heating by fames in Boiler and spraying bitumen with sprayer on Dry/ Hungry B.T surface 3kg/10 sqm. VG30 bulk bitumen.

Item No.14:- BITUMINOUS MACADAM: Proving and laying bituminous macadam using crushed aggregates of Grading 2, premixed with bituminous binder,transported to site with VTS, laid over previously prepared surface,finished to the required grade, level, alignment, and rolling to achive the desired compaction for 50/75 mm compacted thickness with 3.4 % VG30 Bitumen. USING 80 TPH Batch mix type hot mix plant with SCADA, Sensor Paver, Intelligent Compactor with compaction analyzer and VSat attachment.

Item No.15:- Open Graded Premix Surfacing Providing and laying OGC 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates premixed with bituminous binder transported to site with VTS, laid over a previously prepared a surface,finished to the reqired grade, level, alignment, and rolling to achieve the desired compaction VG30 Bitumen, including providing and laying seal coat sealing voids in a bituminious surface laid to the specified level and cross fall using Type A seal coat but excluding prime/ track coat. For Bitumen VG30 bulk USING 80 TPH Batch mix type hot mix plant with SCADA, Paver and Vibaratory roller.

Item No 16:- Providing bituminous Type A liquid seal coat on bituminous surface including supplying all materials & bitumen of VG30 grade preparing existing road surface, heating and applying bitumen @0.98 Kg Sqm, by mechanical means, spreading chips and rolling, by static roller having weight 8 to 10 MT. etc. Complete.

Item No 17:- Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorizing Glass Beads on Bituminous SurfaceProviding and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorizing glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 The finished surface to be level, uniform and free form streaks and holes, complete.

Item No 18:- Providing and fixing board displying information, such as 'Name of work, Tender Cost, Name of Contractor, Work completion and liability period etc', having rectangular shape of 1.20m x 0.90m size made out 18 guage (1.25 mm) thick mild steel sheet painted with one coat of Zinc Chromate stoving primer and two coats of enamel paint on front side and gray stove enamel on back side and border/ messages/ symbols etc. with approved color shade paint complete, on M.S. angles of size 35 x 35 x 3 mm frame with properly cross braced M.S. angles of size 35 mm x 35mm x 3mm duly painted including Two M.S. angle iron posts of size 65 mm x 65mm x 6mm, 3.65m long painted with alternate black and white bands of 25 cm width including all fixtures etc and fixing the boards in 1:4:8 concrete block of size 60cm x 60cm x 75cm including, excavation, refilling, transportation, and labour etc complete.
