Fixtures proposed must have passed LM79& LM-80 Reports along with sample from NABL laboratory will be submitted post the issuance of LOA to the successful bidder and before the supply of materia. Supply Installation Testing & Commissioning of Decorative Pole - 4300mm Scorpio vesta pole made of gravity die cast aluminium (LM6) & circular mild steel pipe (grade YST 210). Decorative base made of gravity die cast aluminium (340mm dia x 517mm Height). Decorative gravity die cast aluminium embellishment pipe (190mm dia x 549mm) height with continuously tappered decorativeflutted pipe bottom section made of gravity die cast aluminium (126mm Bottom Dia & 112 mm Top Dia x 1000mm height) fitted on decorative base. Circular mild steel pipe 88.9mm Dia x 2.9mm thick x 1518mm Height top section. Decorative cast Iron cone (150mm Dia x 62mm Height) coverd on the both section joint area. Bracket stem made of MS square Pipe 120mm, mounted on Gravity Die cast Aluminium embellishment crowned at top with post top luminaire. The artistically curved scorpio four arm made of gravity die cast aluminium, firmly held to the stem and other end facilitates the fitment of luminaire at 445mm on four side from the vertical axis of the bracket stem. Pole section welded by certified welders using high end MIG welding processes. Any other internal cables and connections shall not be covered in the scope of supply. Mild steel mounting plate 200mm Square x 12mm thick Steel of grade E250 to IS 2062 : 2011 with 4 elongated holes 38 x 19 to suit M16 x 500mm bolts of grade 4.6 at CC 140. The base plate have a cable entry hole of 70mm dia at the center. This mounting steel plate along with foundation bolts of suitable size to be used for ensuring firm grouting into the specially designed foundation. All dimension are within +/- 5% tolerance. After fabrication, entire pole is shot blasted (Inhouse). The pole is coated with pure polyester powder coating or epoxy zinc phosphate primer and finished using environmentally stable polyurethane based paint (coating thickness 60-80 microns).
