The bidder should have prior work experience as a prime contractor, and work performed in the past as a nominated subcontractor will also be considered, provided the sub-contract involved execution of all main items of work described in the bid document. The experience should be in the last seven years. The bidder should have executed a minimum quantity of work, including 2729.6 cubic meters of M20 and above civil work. The bidder should have executed same type of Civil work against single work order of value not less than 80% of work amount during last Three years. Alternatively, they should have completed atleast two similar works each of value not less than 50% of the amount put to tender or atleast three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the amount put to tender at 2023-24 price level. Specifically, the values mentioned are: - Three similar works each having minimum estimated cost of 1,61,76,722/- at price level 2024-25 - Two similar works each having minimum estimated cost of 2,02,20,903/- at price level 2024-25 - One similar work each having minimum estimated cost of 3,23,53,445/- at price level 2024-25 The bidder's average turnover of Civil work for last Three years should be equal to 75% of work amount.
