LOW & MEDIUM HEIGHT PARTITION (WITH GLASS)- Providing & fixing partition of height 1200/1800 with ±5% in design variation made in aluminium frame of 50x50x1.5 fixed at 600mm Glass area up to 30% & including Film. c/c covered with 9mm commercial ply of Green/Century make on both side laminated with 1mm thk Royal touch/Century Mica or equivalent make in sued wood grain finish laminate. All necessary nails, screw & other fastening fixtures, Fevicol, masking tape, 3m spray etc. used as per approved brand & design. including as all applicable taxes excluding GST etc. completed.

WALL PANELING IN VENEER- Providing and fixing new paneling for wall of required Size:- in 2"x2" Thick teakwood frame with 12 mm thick Kitply /vista bwr/ Green bwr/ Century/ Sainik bwr make ply finished 3mm in Veneer finish. REAL TOUCH make or equivalent, finish suede. Decorative teakwood bullet molding of Size:- 2"x112" polishing canfor sheet for molding complete with 2 coats of Melamine polish, as per design approved and instructed by the engineer in charge etc. Complete. lncluding all necessary arrangement, all tools, plants, transport, Machinery, other fixtures & fasteners etc. complete. as per details & directed by engineer-in-charge. including all taxes, transportation, loading and unloading charges and EXCLUDING GST.

DOOR (A 0.9m X 2.15m - With vision panel)- Providing & fixing door in required position of specified Size:- as below in 18mm thk Green/Century make ply compressed one over the other thus making the thickness of it to 1 1/2" top finished in 1mm thk Royal touch/Century Mica make sued finish laminate. Door fixed in 5“ X 1 1/4" X 1 1/4" hinges with mortise lock body+ cylinder 60mm & mortise handle and 6" tower bolt, door stopper with door closer of Ebco/Godrej/Hafele. All edges covered in teakwood lipping of required Size:-. All necessary nails, screw & other fastening fixtures (FevicoI ,masking tape, 3M spray) used as per approved brand & design. Polishing for lipping done in 2 coats of melamine polish, etc. complete. Including all complete, excluding GST.

Design,Providing, installation and fixing 12 mm thick Toughened Glass (Glass Make:- Saint Gobain, Asahi India Glass etc.) partitions upto 3.00 M with proper machine edge finish in angle & fixed in the flooring with Aluminium 'U' channel & flushed with the ceiling. Glass panels to be formed as per approved modules 12 mm thick clear toughened glass edge polished and accurate designed holes to be installed by means of steel angle or spider fittings of an approved make Saint Gobain / Asahi or equivalent. The structural Glass walls system shall be complete with proper water tight silicon sealants /gaskets. M.S Brackets to support the structure system shall be hot dipped galvanized and slots in the brackets to be pre drilled not flame cut. All bolts,nuts,washers shall be 300 series non magnetic stainless steel and lock washers to be provided at all bolting connections. All anchor fasteners shall be of Hilti/Fisher make. All structural silicone shall be of Dow Corning make. The Rates includes all material, Labour, Wastages, Cost of scaffolding,fixing & Finishing with frosted design film etc. Complete

Glass panels to be formed as per approved modules 12 mm thick clear toughened glass edge polished and accurate designed holes to be installed by means of steel fittings of an approved make Saint Gobain / Asahi or equivalent. Including Floor spring (make:- Dorma or equivalent), Lock approved make, Door Handle both side(SS make), all works including labour, wastages, cost of scaffolding, finishing withfrosted design film etc. complete.

Supplying, Fabrication and Installation of Dupont Corian of 6 to 12mm thk. Applied on table Top, Sides and any where wall, Logo etc. To minimis material usage and facilitate installation a corner block of corian should be made square(Butt) rather than mitred. The edges to be joined should be straight, smooth and clean. Joints should only be made with joint Adhesive for Dupont Corian. All corners of a cutout must be rounded to 5mm radius and the edges smoothed, both on top & bottom, all around a cutout. "L" & "U" shaped corners need smooth 5mm radius inside corner. All works done to the satisfaction of the Architect/Project Manager. Note:- Work done including labour, material wastage, time limits, required hardware, cutting , polishing etc.

Providing making and supplying Rostrum speech table of required Size:- made in 15mm clear acrylic base, sides, Top & frosted Front, height of 1.07 m (3' - 6" ) including reading top with L shaped edge, mid shelf, arrangement for mic stand, arrangement for light fitting and logo , labour, etc. complete. Including all material as per details & directed by Engineer – incharge, including transport loading and unloading charges, all other all taxes and EXCLUDING GST
