The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in successfully completing similar works during the last five years. The bidder should have experience in specific components of the project, including building work, pushing of M.S. pipes, dry rubble stone pitching, and providing and fixing heavy duty interlocking paving blocks. The bidder should have completed similar works with the following requirements: 1. Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. 2. Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. 3. One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. For building work, the bidder should have: 1. Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. 2. Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. 3. One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. For pushing of M.S. pipes, the bidder should have experience in pushing pipes with 50% of diameter rounded off to the higher side and 25% of total length. For dry rubble stone pitching, the bidder should have experience in completing 50% of the estimated quantity (2400 Sqm). For providing and fixing heavy duty interlocking paving blocks, the bidder should have experience in completing 50% of the estimated quantity (1600 Sqm). The value of similar work executed shall be enhanced at a simple rate of 7% per annum, calculated from the date of completion to the date of the bid. The bidder's share, by value, shall be considered to meet this requirement, and the cost of similar work shall be calculated based on the value of work executed. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least 80% of the contract value. The required prior work experience for joint ventures includes annual turnover from construction, particular construction experience, construction cash flow, personnel capabilities, and equipment capabilities. The lead partner should have an annual turnover from construction, particular construction experience, financial capability to meet cash flow requirements, adequate sources to meet financial commitments, and financial soundness, with a minimum of 50% of the respective limits prescribed for individual contractors. The other partner should have the same qualifying factors as the lead partner, except for financial capability, where a lower limit of 25% may be accepted.
