The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Project Manager: B.E Civil + 10 years Experience in Building Construction Work - Site Engineer: B.E Civil + 3 years Exp. in Building/ Bridge / Road Construction Work The bidder should have executed any type of civil work against a single work order of value not less than 30% of the work amount during the last three years. Additionally, the bidder should have successfully completed a CIVIL COST OR SIMILAR WORK of minimum cost of Rs.97.00 Lakhs (3 works each), OR CIVIL COST of 120.00 lakhs (2 works each) OR CIVIL COST of minimum cost of Rs. 193.00 Lakhs (1 work each), updated to current cost in last five financial years and current year. For other than Govt./ Semi Govt. works, the criteria of amount of single work and quantities shall be double of the mentioned above. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, except that the bidder should have experience of not less than 30% of the work amount.
