The bidder should have experience of implementation/completion/ongoing project of State/National Data Centre project/Disaster Recovery Centre having IT & NON-IT components for any Central/State Governments/PSUs/Banking & Financial Institutions, Telecom, IT & Private sector companies in India during the last seven (7) years as on the last date of bid submission. The required experience includes: a) One project (NDC/SDC/DRC) with a project value of more than INR 25 Cr (Inclusive of GST). AND/OR b) One project (other than SDC/NDC) of value minimum 100 Crores which includes the DC component value minimum 25 Cr (Inclusive of GST). AND/OR c) Two projects (other than SDC/NDC) of value minimum 70 Crores which includes the DC component value minimum 20 Cr each (Inclusive of GST). The evaluation criteria for this experience include: - 10 marks for each SDC/NDC/DRC project with a project value >= 40 Crore. - 7 marks for each SDC/NDC/DRC project with a project value >= 25 Crore and < 40 Crore. - 7 marks for each (other than SDC/NDC project) of value >= 100 Cr which includes the DC component value. The bidder needs to provide a copy of the work order/purchase order/contract agreement, certificate of completion or go-live or PAT/FAT certificate by a competent authority from the customer/end client, and a self-certificate for validation of the actual project value. For ongoing projects, partial completion/satisfactory ongoing certificates and a detailed list with addresses of such projects are required.
