Important Notes: - 1. The work shall be carried out and necessary clearances to be obtained, strictly in accordance with requirements and other notifications published by the Statutory authorities from time to time. 2. The quoted rates shall be inclusive of all Taxes, GST, Cess, Levy etc. 3. The payment schedule is attached in tender documents and will be paid on percentage basis of work order amount. 4. The agency has to arrange necessary electricity and water required for work at his own cost inclusing statutory clearance. (if any) 5. Agency shall follow standard guidelines including safety rules and security procedures of department that are in vogue and applicable during execution of work. 6. Engineering, Procurement and Construction of Civil Infrastructure and Vacuum Infrastructure for establishing LIGO Observatory at Aundha, Hingoli District, Maharashtra-431705, India, on EPC Mode-I basis.

For Civil Infrastructure:- Engineering, Procurement and Construction of Civil Infrastructure work including detailed designing, planning and obtaining all necessary statutory clearance from authority for Architectural, Structural, PHE, Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC & firefighting work alongwith drawings, construction of facility such as foundation, slab, walls, finishes, internal & external electrical work, public health engineering works, mechanical, HVAC & firefighting works, internal road, approach road & development works to use facility for the intended purpose etc. complete all as per enclosed preliminary Architectural drawings, scope of work, specifications and other provisions as detailed in the tender documents and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. The details of built up area of buildings, height, facility etc. are provided in attached Annexure-I (Civil Infrastructure). Note :- Built-up areas mentioned in Annexure-I are based on the functional requirement of minimum clear internal plan dimensional. No extra payment/deduction shall be payable to EPC contractor for any increase/decrease in built-up areas due to structural member sizes or any other reason.
