Supply, fabrication and installation of supports/ MS chequred plate/channel/angle / flat/ MS rod hangers etc.including cutting, fabrication, welding etc. and painting with two coats of primer and two coats of enamel/ PU paint of approved shade as per instructions of EIC.

Removing the existing panels & proper stacking of the material before re-use by manual means, carefully without damaging & disturbing adjacent structures, at all levels, locations & floors including labour, machine, loading, unloading, transportation, stacking of serviceable material at directed place & disposal of debris & unserviceable material as per direction, scaffolding upto approx. height 0f 6m etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. . While removing the poly HD panels/gypsum board (False ceiling), The poly HD panels/gypsum board (false ceiling) should be handled properly to avoid any damage to the material. The damage to the finished work like wooden flooring and other finished items will be rectified by the contractor on his own cost.

Providing and fixing in position suspended false ceiling system using 18mm thick, 2000 GSM, 595mm x 595mm size poly HD panels made out of fine, long, 100% polyester fibre of suitable deniers, thermally bonded with presence of low melt fibre ("NO CHEMICAL TO BE USED AT ANY STAGE OF THE PROCESS TO BIND THE FIBRE"), 100% fire retardant, approved design, color with polyester cloth fixed on one side and placed in a suspended grid of size 600 x 600mm made of hot-dipped G.I. sections having an exposed surface capping of pre-finished baked polyester painted coil wherein the main tee of size 24mm x 38mm x 0.33mm x 1200mm shall be inserted in to slots between the main tees at 600mm cetre and there after in direction vertical to the longer tees, cross tees of size 24 x 28 x 0.33mm x 600mm shall be inserted to form a grid of size of 600mm x 600mm resting on the periphery walls on wall angles of size 20mm x 20mm x 0.40mm x 3000mm. The rate shall include providing necessary opening for light fixtures, diffusers, trap doors etc. to be made as per layout drawings. The work shall be carried out as per directions of engineer-in-charge. The main tees to be suspended from the ceiling / soffit with the help of metal dash fasteners of 6mm x 50mm, soffit clips of 25mm x 35mm x 1.6mm and 4mm dia. G.I wire with galvanised spring steel levelling clips etc. The entire grid system shall be designed to bear a distributed load of minimum 15 Kg/Sqm. The framework will be the same as provided for the calcium silicate false ceiling and that's already existing and panels will be fixed over it. Note : - 1. The electrical works, fire works, sprinkler system & other mechanical works etc. should be functional properly before & after fixing the poly HD panels and testing must be completed for various works before fixing the false ceiling. 2. The proper scaffolding upto approx. height of 6m will be provided by contractor on his own cost.

The perforated panels shall have2.5 mm dia holes at 5.5 mm centre tocentre (standard) staggered in uniform pattern and symmetrically located in themiddle of the tile face includingproviding and fixing acoustic insulationon back of tile with 25 mm thickPhenotherm board with fixing clips,suspension system is standard exposedmetal grid, 24 x 38 mm main runnersand cross tee, roll formed and edgeprofile with 22x22mm angle fromgalvanised steel to BS 2989 . The mainrunner features bayonet ends and thecross tee stab ends for quick and simplecoupling. The runners shall be preslotted. The main and cross runnersshall be provided with capping on theexposed table in manufacturer'sstandard colour. The grid is suspendedfrom the roof with GI suspension rodsminimum 4 mm dia. And galvanisedsuspension hooks & butterfly clips @1200 mm c/c along the runnersincluding providing and fixing extraframe work around light fittings,exhaust, duct with suitable fixingarrangement and edge profile to befixed on side wall / wooden panellingand Spot light cutout in false ceiling ,supplying and fixing arrangementincluding cost of all materials, labour,tools, scaffolding etc. as required forcompletion of works and making good the damaged surfaces etc. complete allas per drawing, specifications and asdirected by the Engineer-in-Charge.
