C I / DI SPECIAL FITTINGS: Providing, laying, jointing & fixing DI special fittings conforming to IS :9523, external zinc bitumen coated & internal cement mortar mechanical,flanged, and/or push-on type fittings/specials, K-12 class of approved make like tees, bends, collars, reducers, enlargers of all sockets, socket & spigot or double end flanged etc. with sealing rubber gasket of SBR conforming to IS :5382 and or IS 12820 with ISI mark, cast/ductile iron follower gland, MS nuts & bolts coated or otherwise protected from rusting, suitable for D.I. pressure pipes for water supply to correct alignment and levels including jointing the specials to pipe line & testing the specials to appropriate hydraulic pressure alongwith the pipe line with clean & potable water as per specifications. Note: The above costs includes 'push-on' /mechanical joints & all other required fittings with gaskets, bolts, nuts etc.

DUCTILE IRON PIPE SOCKET & SPIGOT TYPE: Supply, Laying in trenches centrifugally cast 200 mm dia. Ductile Iron socket & spigot type pressure pipes for water supply Class K-9 of approved make conforming to IS :8329, external zinc bitumen coated & internal cement mortar lined, including cutting & removing of old pipes, keeping them in position to correct alignment & levels, laying (IS 1228), jointing with rubber gasket of SBR as per IS 5382 and/or IS 12820 with ISI mark, cutting to waste of pipes wherever necessary, jointing with the existing pumping line, testing the pipes after making necessary joints to appropriate hydraulic pressure with minimum duration of testing for two hours with clean & potable water as per specifications. Note: The pipe line shall be measured along the centre line duly deducting the outer to outer length of the specials.

DUCTILE IRON PIPE DOUBLE FLANGE TYPE: Supply, Laying in trenches centrifugally cast 200 mm dia. Ductile Iron double end flange type pressure pipes for water supply Class K-9 of approved make conforming to IS :8329, external zinc bitumen coated & internal cement mortar lined, including cutting & removing of old pipes, keeping them in position to correct alignment & levels, laying , jointing with rubber gasket, GI coated Nut and bolt with washer , cutting to waste of pipes wherever necessary, jointing with the existing pumping line, testing the pipes after making necessary joints to appropriate hydraulic pressure with minimum duration of testing for two hours with clean & potable water as per specifications. Note: The pipe line shall be measured along the centre line duly deducting the outer to outer length of the specials.

BRICK WORK: Brick work using bricks as specified in foundation & plinth including curing, racking out joints above ground level & simultaneous pointing below ground level etc. complete all as per specification using cement mortar 1:6 & to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

CEMENT PLASTER: Cement plaster 20 mm thick in single coat over exterior masonry & concrete surfaces at all levels with cement mortar 1:4, finishing smooth with neat cement to correct line, levels, plumb & curing etc. complete all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge

PCC WORK: Plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 using graded stone aggregate of 20mm maximum size including consolidating, finishing, curing, form work etc. as per standards specifications for anchoring, pipe supports etc. all as directed & to the entire satisfaction of EIC.

DEMOLISHING OF BRICK WORK: Demolishing brick work in cement mortar including scaffolding, stacking of serviceable materials & disposal of unserviceable materials within 50m lead.
