Fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of exhaust duct cowl as per Drawing attached for window size (400to500 mm x 400 to 500mm) fabricated out of 22 gauge SS 304 sheets complete with splitters, turning vanes, transition pieces, bends, elbows, reducers, flanged joints with neoprene rubber gaskets, SS angle stiffeners (wherever required), etc. All hardware like nuts, bolts and washers shall be SS. All flanged joints shall be made reasonably airtight and all interior surfaces shall be smooth. Bends shall be made with throat radius not less than one half the dimension of the duct in the direction of turn. Note : 1) Scope of work includes Disconnection & removal of Exhaust fan in good condition with frame, louvers,etc., breaking of wall & refinishing the same as required. Reinstallation of Ex. fan is also in the scope of work. 2) Agency has to made their own arrangement (ladder /scaffolding, zoola, etc.) for working at height of 5-6 Mtr (approx) at terrace/lift machine room of the building 3) Credit for dismantle frame, louvers, wire mesh etc. shall also be consider in unit rate quoted. 4) Sample shall be got approved by Department. 5) window sizes mentioned above are approximates may vary.

Supply Installation Testing & Commissioning of wire mesh BirdScreen of required size made out of S.S. 16SWG (minimum) wire, Aperture/Opening 15mm (approx) with SS flanged with 20mm x 3mm SS flat Fixed on Window frame/ exhaust fan frame/ S.S. Duct Cowl/ wall / beam / column etc with all SS Hardware as required & as Instructed by E-I-C

Supply Installation Testing & Commissioning of S.S. 16SWG Wire Mesh cover from inside ( impeller side) of approximate size 500mm x500mm x 120 mm for covering exhaust fan blade of 300/380mm size exhaust fan in Lift machine Room with all SS Angle frame & SS Hardware as per photo attached all as required & Instructed by EIC

Fabrication , supply & installation Hot Deep Galvanized MS frame for installation of exhaust fan made out of MS angle / flat painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamalled paint over 1 coat of red oxide including grouting on wall with required hardware, etc. all as required & instructed by E-I-C.

Supply, installation testing & commissioning of following size Cu. Conductor multi stranded 1100V FRLS grade PVC insulated flexible wires in existing concealed / surface conduit including end termination with Cu. Lugs ferrule numbers on both sides, etc. all as required & instructed by the E-I-C. Note : 1) PVC sleeves shall be provided for crossing the wall, drilling holes & its refinishing to be also included in the scope. 2) Dismantling of exhisting wiring / cabling including accesaries is also in the scope of work.
