Cosmetic cleaning of flooring,walls,ceiling,etc. of following buildings/areas of PTAAF Complex (except swimming pool) by deploying the male & female COSMETIC ATTENDANTS in the specified shifts. i)The deck area, hall & offices,viewers gallery, changing rooms, wash rooms,toilets,boundary wall areas, etc. of swimming pool building ii) Hall & offices ,viewers galleries,changing rooms, toilets, wash rooms,staircases,passages,terraces,etc. of Badminton,Table tennis & Yoga activities areas in the main building . iii) Catering,dining hall, including toilets, wash rooms,stores,etc. of the main building iv) Viewer's gallery, toilets,duct areas near TT/Kitchen rooms, wash rooms,passages,etc. towards Athletic Track area etc. v) Internal roads & footpaths adjacent to both of the buildings etc . vi) All other areas except garden. vii)Cos.Attendant will not leave his duty till relieved by another duty cos.attendant. In case the reliever does not report for the duty, the cos.attendant on duty should continue the duty under intimation to his superiors & EIC. vii)The disposal of empty drums,cardboard boxes,other waste and un-usable materials,etc is to be arranged by contractor. NOTE : i)There will be two shifts in a day a) 1st shift : 6.00 hrs to 14.00hrs b) 2nd shift : 14.00hrs to 22.00hrs ii) There should be minimum two male attendants & two female attendants per day or additional attendants to keep the facility neat & clean as per instructions of EIC.One Male & Female attendant each in 1st & 2nd shift .Shift duty/hours of attendants may be changed as per requirement & instructions of EIC. iii) Maintenance of garden area is not included in this scope.

Supply of Cosmetic cleaning materials,tools ,etc as per Annexure'A' attached in Technical Bid

Supply and installation of Wall mount Contactless-Elbow press type liquid soap dispenser unit made of good quality ABS/SS material.The ABS/SS dispenser bottle/pot should be durable,easy to refill and installable to the wall areas above washbasins with minimum capacity of 500ml.
