Rewinding of Kirloskar or any other make 3ph induction motors with enameled copper coil/conductor, including providing “F” class insulation, varnishing, forming of end connections, silver brazing of series joints etc., spraying the rewound stator with class ‘F’ resin, varnish, curing & spraying the stator with final coat of “F” class insulation, moisture protection & finally coated with anti tracking & anti acid finishing & varnishing & gel coat etc. including metalizing of end shield, machining etc. including complete dismantling of motor, stator rewinding etc., transportation of motor from site to workshop & back after repairing including loading, unloading of the motor at site & workshop, installation, alignment, testing, commissioning all as directed & to the satisfaction of engineer-In-Charge, conducting the following routine test as per IS : 4027/1967 etc. in presence of departmental engineer at factory etc. complete & submitting test certificates all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. 1. Insulation Resistance Test.
2. Measurement of resistance of winding test.
3. No Load Test.
4. Reduced voltage running up test for rewound motor.
5. Any mechanical/electrical defect to be brought to the notice of Engineer-In-Charge.
6.The motor to be removed from site transported to the workshop & back to site & installed in position at the risk & cost of contractor.
Note : Rewinding of motor shall be done by approved agency/authorized agency of the motor works.There should be warranty of the winding for atleast six months after its repair.

Weekly routine & preventive including breakdown maintenance of filtration plant, pump set,valves, pressure filters,compressor & other equipments as per the check list enclosed as Annexure “D” all as per specifications & as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
