Installation and erection on existing foundation (provided against item no.1) of 9 meter (above ground level ) Octagonal pole, complete with Hot dipped galvanised bracket made of M.S. angle / C channel/ flat suitable for installation of 2nos. LED flood light fixtures, built in junction box, base plate size 200 X 200 X16 mm. Junction box should be provided 500 mm above base plate with 4 Nos brass terminals on epoxy insulator, 2nos 6A SP MCB (will be issued by dept. free of cost) & 1 no. neutral link mounted on 4 mm thick bakelite sheet, 2mm GI gland plate etc. Base plate should have 4 nos holes suitable for mounting on RCC foundation 200 mm above FGL. The cost of pole shall include loading/unloading and transportation of pole from 312 flats, Old Mandala to site, pole numbering with stensil, alighnment of pole etc as per enclosed detailed specifications & drawings, as required to complete the work in all respect as per instructions of the E-I-C. Note: Only pole will be issued by dept. free of cost.

Installation of 9 mtr. bracket type hot dipped galvanized MS tubular pole with bracket, Pole shall be embedded 1500 mm below ground level in all types of soil/rock with 1:2:4 PCC on 150 mm thick 1000 mm square base concrete, upon that depth 1500 mm, 750 mm square base concrete upto ground level & 350 mm dia 300 mm high above ground level around the pole, plumb line & plaster finish. Scope also includes loading / unloading, transportation of pole to site, excavation in all types of soil/foot path cutting, treatment of pole with bituminous paint for embedded portion for 2 meters from base plate of the pole, 50mm dia. 2meter length HDPE pipe - 2nos. for enrty of cable, pole numbering with paint all as per above specifications and instruction of E.I.C. Note: Removed pole against item no. 18 will be issued by dept. free of cost.

Installation, testing of commissioning of dept. supplied 1100 V grade XLPE insulated armoured cable of sizes of 4C X 10sq.mm cable, fixed on wall / column / slab with 4mm thick GI spacer and 16swg thick GI saddles fixed at a interval of 400mm using nylon rawal plug, 10 X 35 mm GI wooden screw etc. / in existing hume pipes 900 mm below ground level/ in ground at a depth of 900 mm below ground level including excavation in all type of soils excluding hard rock , sand/stone dust bedding, laying of backed bricks(20 no.s per meter) as per IS on side & top, temporary reinstatement, back filling, dewatering if necessary, disposal of excess earth within the radius of 3000 m etc. all as required & instructed by the E.I.C. Note: Transportation including loading / unloading of cable from DCSE store to site also included in the scope.

Providing cable end termination of 4Cx 10sq. mm 1.1kV grade PVC/XLPE insulated armoured Aluminium cables with solderless, heavy duty tinned copper lugs, brass cable gland, insulation tape, duplicate earthing for cable gland with 2 nos of brass earth tags as per relevant IS specification and as per instruction of E.I.C.

Providing cable end termination of 3.5Cx 95sq. mm 1.1kV grade PVC/XLPE insulated armoured Aluminium cables with solderless, heavy duty tinned copper lugs, brass cable gland, insulation tape, duplicate earthing for cable gland with 2 nos of brass earth tags as per relevant IS specification and as per instruction of E.I.C.

Providing Cable reconnection: Dismantling of existing cable (4Cx10 / 16 sq. mm Aluminium armoured) connection and re-connection in newly provided street light terminal box by providing new brass earth tags (2nos) for duplicate earthing for cable gland as per relevant IS specification and as per instruction of E.I.C. Note: Replacement of faulty lugs if any is also included in the scope.

Supply and installation of street light terminal box of approx size 300 x 200 x 125 mm, made of FRP/SMC, complete with front openable cover with SS allen-key screw locking arrangement, 20 SWG thickness Stainless steel gland plate, water proof gasket,32A,4way,415V Resin cast connector suitable termination cable of size 16sq.mm, 4way neutral terminal and SP MCB 6A -1no. (supplied by dept.) mounted in the box with DIN channel etc. including clamping arrangement made up of 25x3mm hot dip G.I strip bend to shape to fit on 9m / 11m tubular street light pole with suitable GI nut bolts etc. including proper hole cutting with and filling gaps if any with m-seal to maintan IP protection of the box, dismantling of existing street light terminal box and taking away all dismantled materials except MCBs. Rate shall be considered during quoting for this item.

Providing Pole numbering on existing pole with black colour paint by skilled letter painter / with stensil by removing existing pole numbering and cleaning as per instructions of E.I.C.

Supply and installation of stainless steel bolt with washer of size 12mm x 38mm aprox. by removing existing bolt and providing 8SWG GI wire between earth terminal to Junction box cable gland earth tag with suitable size copper lug at earth tag end..

Providing earthing of poles with 50mm class B GI pipe (supplied by dept.) of 1.5M length installed bellow ground level and to be conected to pole using 25x3mm GI strip to existing foundation bolts / pole bolts and as per instructions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing earthing of street light pole by removing existing GI earth wires and providing 2 nos. of 8 SWG G.I. earth wires each 8 M long coiled at a depth of 1500 mm below ground level and connected to the pole through existing GI pipe as per instructions of Engineer-in-charge. Note: Excavation and refilling in all type of soil is included in the scope.

Installation of department supplied RCC hume pipes of 150 mm Φ(non pressure type) jointing with collars & necessary mortar including, excavation in soft soil and as per instructions of E.I.C. Note: Transportation including loading / unloading of hume pipe from DCSE store to site also included in the scope.

Installation, testing & commissioning of dept. supplied Street light / flood light LED luminaries using 3Cx2.5sq. mm copper flexible cable. Supply of 3Cx2.5sq. mm copper flexible cable (separate cable for each fitting) and suitable copper lugs at both end also included in the scope.

Breaking of Concrete foundation of 9M hot dipped galvanised pole with due safety to avoid any damage to pole /GI pipe,including excavation of sorrounding area as required for breaking of foundation size of approx. 750mm x 750mm x 1500mm including refilling & disposing the excess concrete within a 3000 meter radius as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling of existing 11M / 9M M.S pole with bracket by excavation, breaking foundation upto 300mm below ground level, cutting the pole with gas cutter as per instructions of EIC

Credit for taking away dismantled materials like M.S pole & bracket including arrangement of suitable vehicle, loading and weighing in DCSEM stores. Measurement will be made based weight of materials in kilograms being taken away.

Disconnection and dismantling of existing street light control box, supply and installation, testing and commisioning of wall / foot mounted FRP moulded street light control box enclosure of aprox. size 600mm x 420mm x 200 having IP55 with arrangement for mounting of following equipments: i. Incommer 125A, 3phase fuse base with fuse link and suitable neutral link or 4pole 63A MCB - 1 set. (Fuse base / fuse link / 4Pole MCB will be provided by dept. free of cost) ii. Existing power contractor, SP MCBs , changeover switch, suitable DIN chanel etc. Note : a) Interconnection of power circuit shall be done with 6sq.mm FRLS flexible copper wires and control wiring with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS flexible copper wires & heavy duty reducer type copper lugs etc. b) Suitable Danger board shall be provided. c) preparation of Single line diagram on A4 size good quality paper with lamination shall be fixed in the box. d) After completion of commisioning of street light control box IP of the box shall be maintained by plugging all the holes made during the work.

Fabrication,supply and installation of mounting stand for above boxes made up hot dipped galvanised MS angles/flats /channel of required sizes & as per site requirement including fixing with suitable size of G.I. fixing fasteneners and as per instruction of EIC.

Earth excavation in hard rock/soft rock & breaking the existing drain walls & reinstatment works.

Excavating of soft soil including shorting or dewatering, removing of bricks/tiles etc. refilling and consolidation of the surface. Disposing the excess earth within a 3000 meter radius as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Cutting of asphalt road / concrete flooring /drain of 200 mm depth by using hydraulic drilling machine as required and stacking of rocks, refilling and consolidation of the surface, disposing the excess earth within a 3000 meter radius as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Excavating in hard rock including shorting or dewatering, removing of bricks/tiles etc. refilling and consolidation of the surface, disposing the excess earth within a 3000 meter radius as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Providing Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 using graded stone aggregate of 20 mm maximum size including consolidation, stacking, soling, frame work, shuttering, finishing, curing etc, Complete all as directed by Engineer in charge. Complete all as per specification & as directed by EIC.

Removing and relaying of old Shahabad stone and paver blocks (60/ 80 mm thick) with care without causing any damages to adjacent footpath and paved area etc , stacking properly the serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 3000 m lead all as per specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
