Low Voltage Aluminium / Copper Conductor Cables- Supply & Laying of PVC insulated inner PVC sheathed XLPE insulated aluminium / copper conductor armoured cable power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on cable tray The cable shall be clamped at regular intervls to the supports in trench or to GI cable trays or wall as required.The cable shall confirm to latest applicable IS Standard.

Low Voltage cable end terminations - Supply and providing LV cable end termination for below listed cable with Aluminium / copper lugs, brass cable glands ( Double compression type ) tapping crimping etc complete End termination of LT cable including making holes in Glands plates and fixing the same installtion of cable glands, monor modification of terminals identifying the cable cutting, stripping of installtion separation of cable cores removing of armor earthing of armor, crimping of lugs on the conductor, supply and numbering of cores with ferrules, dressing / teeing eith ties of the cores inside the panel, connections of cable etc.,complete with testing and commissioning with all labors, tools and tackles consumables ( like insulation tape crimping paste etc) as per the drawings / specifications and direction of Engineer in charge.Returning of unsed cables to store/ scarp yard are to be dobe by contractor.

Earthing System

Supply and construction of copper plate earthing details of electrodes & earth pit as per given below: i. Digging of pit of size: 1 mtr. x 1 mtr. x 1 mtr.(D). ii. Placing the copper plate of size 600x600x3mm with pipe and strip into the pit. iii. Placing of copper strip of 25x 3mm shall be extended from bottom of the earth pit to the surface of the earth pit, after joining the copper strip by copper rivets and proper connection of strip to the copper plate. iv. Fixing the 4ft. long 38 mm dia G.I Pipe & fixing with the copper plate in the center with G.I/ SS nut bolts class C. One G.I. reducer at the top of the pipe is to be provided for fixing steel mesh for watering. v. Providing and filling of bentonite as required vi. Filling of charcoal, and raw salt in alternate layers. vii. Proper watering of the filled pit for initial charging of pit. viii. Construction of CC chamber in ratio 1:2:4 and fixing heavy duty C.I. cover with lifting hooks.
