Removal of aluminium partition: Dismantling and removing of all types of aluminium partition/ Glass Window with frames , MS grills of all Sizes, with its all fixtures and fastenings completely carefully and without breaking from wall or partition and shifting and stacking the same material within the 500 m radial distance from building with all leads and lifts, cleaning etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Demolition of wall: Demolition of brickwork including demolition of plaster /Tile/ stone surface/Concrete Sill/ RCC Lintel manually/ by mechanical means for making the area free for proposed dyno foundation. Scope includes necessary scaffolding work and shifting the unservicable material outside ARAI premises at contractors risk & cost.

Dismantling structural steel from position: labour charges for dismantling the structural steel from wall of any heught & stacking to area as per instructions of Engineer in charge. Rate includes necessary tools & tackels, scaffolding, safety PPE`s.

AAC light weight block masonry: AAC light weight block masonry with cement mortar or chemical of width as per drawing in layers recommended by manufacture at all heights, in super structure as per CPWD Specification, including scaffolding at all levels, with all lead lift and curing etc. complete for all widths masonry. Masonary should be in line , level, plumb with joints raked as per standard

Providing & applying, in single coat Gypsum plaster 12-15 mm thick to concrete, fly ash Block / brick surface, on walls in all levels and at all positions, on joints, and corners rounded off, including scaffolding at any height and any location etc. complete.

P/F Aluminium partition work: Providing and fixing aluminium partition - Providing and fixing Aluminium Fixed Partition & windows with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z and other sections of JIndal & equivalent approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in charge. (Partition with 50% -5.5 mm clear glass (saint Gobain or equivalent),and 50%-12 mm thick prelaminated particle board (IS 12823 Grade I ,Type II, combination of this board and glass shall be as directed by EIC) with approved colour lamination on both side ) Anodised aluminium (anodised transparentor dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) Double Partition section of 16 Gauge with mimimum unit wt.0.805kg/rmt & Single Partition section of 16 Gauge with minimum unit wt.0.758 kg/rmt.

P/F Sliding sliding window: Providing and fixing Aluminium window : Providing and fixing in position Aluminium colour coated two track sliding windows fully glazed with 16 gauge aluminium alloy heavy sections ( Jindal/ Euro make ) with fixtures and fastenings such as roller bearing in nylon casing and self locking catch fitting in vertical section of shutter including 5 mm thick plain glass of Modi/ saint gobain make with all required screws and nuts etc. complete. 2 Track - 2 Glass Shutter

Internal painting Plastic Emulsion: Providing & applying Painting with Plastic emulsion paint of approved brand (Asian or equivalent make) and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work & old work, including all necessary surface preparation including scrubbing of old paint, preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and sand papering one coat of repaint putty, one coat of primer and two coats of paint at any height and any location cleaning etc. completed with scaffolding, masking, cleaning as directed by engineer in charge.

Internal paint with Flat Oilpaint: Providing and applying premium quality SYNTHETIC ENAMEL PAINT 2 Coats or upto satisfaction of customer over 1 Coat of yellow metal PRIMER of approved make (Nerolac, Asian, Dulux, Berger or equivalent ) , colour and shade on MS surface such as rolling shutter etc. of any size , shape, thickness located at Ground level or at any level. including filling of cracks, cleaning, preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning dirt and other foreign matter and scrubbing existing surface with sand paper, two or more coat putty, primer, scaffolding and all required tools, as directed by engineer in charge.

Providing & fixing Armstrong false ceiling: Providing and fixing Armstrong or equivalent tiled False Ceiling (RH 99) approved materials of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross "T" of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying metal perforated false ceiling tiles of approved texture and thickness in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be powder coated , all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings etc completed as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.( Rate should be including of all like tools,tackels,consumables & scaffolding etc complete.) Work execution as per CPWD Guideline

Structural steel for Rolling shutter : Supply, align, fabricate, erect, paint structural steel frames at designated heights shown in the drawings including cutting, bending, drilling, fasting to corner block wall or concreted members using suitable anchor fasteners etc. complete. The general sections of the frame will be rolled steel channel, Beams or angle sections as per the design and GA drawing given by ARAI, any shop drawing required is to be prepare and submitted by contractor to ARAI office verifying by consultant , including hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, and two coats of approved shade of synthetic enamel paint .Including Scaffoldings, tools and tackles ,cranes etc,completed as directed by engineer Incharge. Rate includes removing of plaster from concrete surface required to fix the base plate.

Breaking of concrete: Demolishing by manually/ mechanical means located at various levels, including removing of reinforcement bars, inserts, Structural Steel used for nosing angle etc cutting reinforcement by Gas Cutter and including scrubbing, cleaning, stacking of steel bars within 300 meter and disposal of unserviceable material out of ARAI premises, including considering and providing all safety measures as per direction of Engineer - in- charge and ARAI Safety procedure.

Excavation for Foundation: Earthwork in any kind of soil, mud, soft murum and alike up to 1.5 m depth - Earth work in excavation for any foundations, rafts, trenches, bulk excavation, surface excavation etc. by manual / mechanical means, including removal of boulders size upto 250 mm wide, dewatering by any means, timbering / shoring / strutting if required, preparing the bottom for foundation bed, trimming the sides, back filling of stacked useful material in required layers and levels & compaction of approved excavated earth in layers not exceeding 150 mm, disposal of excess excavated earth out of ARAI premises at contractor's risk and cost, lift upto 1.5m, (Plan Measurement for foundations shall be Outer Footing Dimension + 300mm as allowance all around. If additional width allowance than 300mm is required then the same will not be taken for measurement but shall be carried out as required due to site condition by Contractor) -

If additional width allowance than 300mm is required then the same will not be taken for measurement but shall be carried out as required due to site condition by Contractor

Fly ash brick masonry Fly Ash Brick Masonry Work - at all heights, with Non modular sized, Machine made Fly ash Lime Bricks , confirming to I.S. 12894-2002 , of class designation 7.5, ( 75 kgf/sq. cm ), Any size with fly ash confirming to I.S.3812-1981, : a) Cement mortar 1: 6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) in super structure as per CPWD Specification, including scaffolding at all levels, with all lead lift and curing etc. complete for all widths masonry. Masonary should be in line , level, plumb with joints raked as per standard

PCC P.C.C. 1:3:6 bed concrete - Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete of specified volume proportion including the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level to the required level & thickness, consolidation, curing, dewatering if necessary etc. complete.

Shahabad Waterproofing Horizontal Surface : Providing and laying integral cement based treatment for water proofing on Horizontal Surface at all depth below ground level for under ground structures as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and consisting of i) Ist layer of 22mm to 25mm thick approved and specified rough stone slab over a 25mm thick base of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse river sand) mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS:2645 in the recommended proportion over the levelling course (levelling course to be paid separately). Joints sealed and grouted with cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound. ii) 2nd layer of 25mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportions. iii) Finishing top with stone aggregate of 10mm to 12mm nominal size spreading @ 8 cum/sqm thoroughly embedded in the 2nd layer.

Shahbad stone waterproofing : Shahabad Waterproofing Vertical Surface : As above specification in item no 16 Providing and laying integral cement based treatment for water proofing on the Vertical Surface by fixing specified stone slab 22 mm to 25mm thick with cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS:2645 in recommended gap of 20mm (minimum) between stone slabs and the receiving proportions with a surfaces and filling the gaps with neat cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound and finishing the exterior of stone slab with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse river sand) 20mm thick with neat cement punning mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportion complete at all levels and as directed by Engineer-in-charge :

LDPE/Polyethylene sheet- Providing and laying 250 microns LDPE / Polyethylene sheet over areas as directed to cover entire wall area protection from dust with 300mm laps including tying and seal joint with tape etc. complete.

Cement concrete M 30 grade for Floor ,Raft, Pedestal & Misc. work up ground Floor- Providing and laying in position Concrete work , manufactured by machine batched, machine mixed and machine vibrated at site and /or Ready mixed concrete manufactured in fully automatic batching plant having continuous agitated mixer, and transported to site of work , in transit mixer, including pumping/ placing of concrete to desired location, design mix cement concrete of specified grade, using natural sand and /or crushed sand of approved quality ,including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability, including use of reactive fly ash / cementitious materials, of approved grade as per the provisions of relevant I.S. Codes and as approved by the Engineer- in- Charge ,including the cost of water tight cantering, shuttering propping , staging , keeping provision for cut-outs as per drawing, also placing of structural inserts as per drawing, finishing at all levels including grinding of joints to achieve level surfaces. M-40 grade reinforced cement concrete by using cement content as required for Strength , Durability , and workability etc. as required by the relevant codes. Rate to include cost of trial mixes design and required testing etc. complete. Shuttering material should be in new ply for all Slabs, beams, columns etc. Placing of Sleeves for services PVC/ MS inserts will be in contractors scope as per drawing, in all levels and at all positions. (Excluding cost of providing, laying and fixing of MS Inserts, Sleeves work)

Reinforcement work: HYSD - TMT bar Reinforcement Steel - Providing, laying, fixing of Reinforcement Steel of required grade and sizes for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, hoisting at all levels, with all lead, lift, placing in position including MS binding wire as approved etc. complete as per drawings details & written instructions.- Fe- 500 grade, Reinforcement used in structure shall be free of rust. Contractor to submit BBS and get is certified prior to execution.

Labour charges for fixing rail: Labour charges for Laying and fixing of Rails as per design, pattern in line, level, plumb and fixing with necessary accessories, including brecking in RCC floor , with tools & tackles, shifting of material etc. complete . (Rails will be provided by ARAI)

Anchor fasteners - Providing and fixing in position mechanical Anchor fasteners of required grade, length and dia Rmt. ,Fisher, Hilti or Equivalent make as per manufacturers instructions including drilling , placing the bolt and certifying the strength etc. complete, with adequate anchor length to develop full strength , and proving the strength by conducting pull out test at site on a random sample etc. complete, for 12 mm dia X 100mm length

Providing and Applying Roller coating Paint -Supply and Apply of Cipy make FK 111 two coats PU roller coating material to the the total thickness at 300 microns including primer thickness of 100 microns with necessary surface preparation with vacuumised grinding & groove filling etc. complete

Non-shrink grout - Providing & laying at all heights and depths approved non-shrink grout by mixing water by mechanical means (Sika/ fosrok make) under equipment / column base plates, as per drawings etc. including chipping the concrete surface, cleaning, laying, finishing the surfaces smooth, curing, shuttering etc. complete as specified and directed
