Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of refrigerant Suction & liquid piping using eddy current free Copper pipes and fittings like elbows, couplers, tee joints, brass fittings, "U" loops, expansion loops etc. Supports consisting of GI box / "C" sections & female anchor fasteners with full threaded GI rods, insulation of pipes using 13 mm thick elastomeric closed cell Nitrile Rubber insulation material having class "O" for fire properties, structural clamps with hard PVC pipe sleeves under the clamps to protect insulation at supports, tagging to enable tracing connectivity to respective units as per shop drawings to be generated by contractor and approved by consultant. Submission of test reports in approved format forms a part of this item scope. Making up of any leakages occurring during testing / commissioning / first calendar year from handing over, including supply, labor, consumables, refrigerant, top up, oil top up and incidental expenses also forms a part of the scope covered under this item, Making of hole/Core cutting in the wall for piping etc.
