SITC of hydropneumatics system. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a fully automated hydro-pneumatic system for domestic water pumping. It shall consist of pump skid assembly with vertical multistage inline pumps (01 w+ 01 S/b), electrical control panel with PLC, HMI, cabling, cable tray, and accessories to maintain consistent pressure. Pump skid will include duty and standby vertical pumps designed for parameter mentioned below, constructed with stainless steel wetted parts, high-efficiency IE3 motors, and cartridge-type mechanical seals for reliable and easy maintenance. The skid will be mounted on a powder-coated MS frame with suction/discharge pump skid, globe/gate valves, check valves/NRV, pressure gauge, expansion bellows, ensuring compact and vibration-free operation. The system will include an MS-epoxy based expansion tank of proper size to suit the pump flow rate and pressure, ensuring effective pressure surge management. The IP52-rated control panel will feature a PLC (PLC shall be with the provision of communication protocol) with 7" HMI for automated pump operation, real-time pressure monitoring, fault alarms, and VFD integration for energy-efficient operation. Dry run protection will be included to prevent pump damage by automatically stopping operation in the absence of water flow or low suction pressure. High-accuracy pressure transducers, a back-pressure release mechanism, and vertical pressure tanks will ensure smooth and stable performance. The system will be and compliant with latest version of IS and IEC standards, with a two-year warranty. It shall include all necessary level sensors, valves, piping, accessories, to achieve desired operations as mentioned in technical specifications, are to be provided and installed by bidder. Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of GI (Galvanized Iron) class C pipes conforming to IS:1239 standards, with required fittings like elbow, Tee and reducers etc and welding by certified welders. The pipes shall be heavy or medium class as specified, with flanges gaskets and nut bolts as needed. Surface preparation includes cleaning, two coat of primer (IS:2074), and two coats of epoxy or PU-based paint. Installation shall ensure proper alignment, supports, and vibration-free anchoring.
