Supply and Laying of PVC insulated inner PVC sheathed XLPE insulated aluminium / copper conductor armoured cable power cable of 1.1 KV grade of existing following size on cable tray / indoor outdoor trenches / in existing masonry open duct / in RCC / HUME/ Metal pipes / in existing ground excavation sand cushioning protective covering and refilling the trench etc. The cable shall be clamped at regular intervals to the supports in trench or to GI cable trays or wall as required ( Polycab make)

Supply and Laying of 3.5C X 185 sq mm Al aremored XLPE insulated

Providing and Fixing of LV cable end termination for below listed cable with Aluminium / copper lugs, brass cable glands ( Double compression type ) tapping crimping etc complete End termination of LT cable including making holes in Glands plates and fixing the same installtion of cable glands, monor modification of terminals identifying the cable cutting, stripping of installtion separation of cable cores removing of armor earthing of armor, crimping of lugs on the conductor, supply and numbering of cores with ferrules, dressing / teeing eith ties of the cores inside the panel, connections of cable etc.,complete with testing and commissioning with all labors, tools and tackles consumables ( like insulation tape crimping paste etc) as per the drawings / specifications and direction of Engineer in charge.Returning of unsed cables to store / scarp yard are to be dobe by contractor.

Cable Trays

Providing and fixing of performated type cable trays with coupler plates and nut bolts , GI perfoated 14 gauge along the column / wall ceiling complate with angle iron support at 1.2 mtr distance duly painted and fixed on roof bottom with G.I plate support Biddetr to consider support at every 1. mtr with suitable laoding design

Provide and fixing of 150 mm X 50mm - Hot dip galavanised perforated type cable tray with cover and supporting structure as per site conditions

Earthing System

Providing and fixing of 50 X 6 mm GI earthing Strip

Civil works

Soil excavation by manual means in soft soil/paving block removal for undeground cable laying with depth of minimum 600 mm-600 mm including 75 mm crush sand bend throughout length , soil backfilling, refixing of paving block and brickbat for cable protection and compaction in complete

Removal Scope

Removal Scope-Removing of following switch board / switchgear/panels/DB/Lights/Cable tray etc along with associated hardware/accesories in totality and shifting of the removed material to the location finalised by Engineer-Incharge in ARAI

Removal of cables/wires/casing caping/ pvc pipes etc form sizes from 2.5 sqmm to 25 sqmm with with asociated hardwares/accesroiess complete (aproox 300-500 mtr)
