Excavation in hard rock: Earthwork in any kind of hard rock and alike up to 1.5 m depth - Earth work in excavation for any foundations, rafts, trenches, bulk excavation, surface excavation etc. by mechanical means blasting is prohibited for any reason and excavation has to be carried out by chiselling, wedging, use of rock hammers and cutters or any other agreed method (Like compressor breaker/ rock splitter with its equipment), including removal of boulders size upto 250 mm wide, dewatering by any means, timbering / shoring / strutting if required, preparing the bottom for foundation bed, trimming the sides, back filling of stacked useful material in required layers and levels & compaction of approved excavated earth in layers not exceeding 150 mm, disposal of excess excavated earth inside ARAI premises at contractor's risk and cost, (Plan Measurement for foundations shall be Outer Footing Dimension + 300mm as allowance all around. If additional width allowance than 300mm is required then the same will not be taken for measurement but shall be carried out as required due to site condition by Contractor

Backfilling with available murum: Filling of stacked murum (or usable material for backfilling) in layers not exceeding 200 mm, watering ramming with 8-10 Ton roller to achieve 95% compaction. Scope includes necessary machinery & labours required for back filling. Scope also includes excavation of material from other location within ARAI premises & shifting to the desired location

Metal laying bed thickness 100 mm: Supply & laying 40 mm thick metal of approved quality in layers to achieve total compacted thickness 100mm on trench cover. Scope includes transportation, spreading of material below PCC Material should be free from impurity, defect

PCC 1:3:6: Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete of specified volume proportion including the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level to the required level & thickness, consolidation, curing, dewatering if necessary etc. complete.

RCC M-25 grade concrete for all types of Foundation, Pedestals - Providing and laying in position machine batched, machine mixed (non tilting with automatic water dispenser arrangement) or by RMC (with prior approval) and machine vibrated, designed mix cement concrete as per IS 456-2000 of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete structural elements, lifting, pouring, finishing, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, retard, setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in -charge to required level / shapes / slopes, curing, all lead, lift, depths etc. complete. Scope include Wall form/ Plywood , tie rod , Shuttering, deshuttering of suitable sizes required as per design drawings and (Excluding cost of providing, laying and fixing Reinforcement steel work) For M-25 grade Reinforced Cement Concrete for various structural Elements such as Raft, foundations, pedestals etc as per detail specifications and directions-(Only site batching and mixing be allowed) couplr sysyem with smooth plane finish on outer side.

Reinforcement steel: HYSD - TMT bar Reinforcement Steel - Providing, laying, fixing of Reinforcement Steel of required grade and sizes for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, hoisting at all levels, with all lead, lift, placing in position including MS binding wire as approved etc. complete as per drawings details & written instructions.- Fe- 500 grade, Reinforcement used in structure shall be free of rust. Contractor to submit BBS and get is certified prior to execution.

Hilti / fischer make fastener M24-300: M24 x 300 Hilti fastner: Providing and fixing chemical anchor 24mm dia of hilti or equivalent make chemical bolt, at any height at any location as directed by Engineer in charge

Hilti fastener M16-200: M16 x 200 Hilti fastner: Providing and fixing chemical anchor 16 mm dia of hilti or equivalent make chemical bolt, at any height at any location as directed by Engineer in charge

Structural steel P/F/E- Supply, align, fabricate, erect, paint structural steel frames of single/ built up section , plates,chequered plate, insert plate, channels, angles, pipes etc at designated heights shown in the drawings including cutting, bending, drilling, fasting to corner block wall or concreted members using suitable anchor fasteners etc. complete. The general sections of the frame will be rolled steel channel, Beams or angle sections as per the design and GA drawing given by ARAI, any shop drawing required is to be prepare and submitted by contractor to ARAI office verifying by consultant , including hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, and two coats of approved shade of synthetic enamel paint .Including Scaffoldings, tools and tackles ,cranes etc,completed as directed by engineer Incharge. Mechanical Fasteners 8,10,12, and 16 mm etc,welding electrodes, consumables will not be paid seperately. Rates inclusive of necessary tests of material , welds , fasteners etc. as per relevant indian standards. Work at height up to 15 meters- for lift wall fabriactions

Structural steel F/E- Structural steel work with available material- Labour charges for structural steel work : Fabricate, erect, paint structural steel for frames at designated heights shown in the drawings including cutting, bending, drilling, fasting to corner block wall or concreted members using suitable anchor fasteners etc. complete. The general sections of the frame will be rolled steel channel or angle sections as per the design and GA drawing given by ARAI, any shop drawing required is to be given under this item , including hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, and two coats of approved shade of synthetic enamel paint

BBM: Fly Ash Brick Masonry Work - at all heights, with Non modular sized, Machine made Fly ash Lime Bricks , confirming to I.S. 12894-2002 , of class designation 7.5, ( 75 kgf/sq. cm ), Any size with fly ash confirming to I.S.3812-1981, : a) Cement mortar 1: 6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) in super structure as per CPWD Specification, including scaffolding at all levels, with all lead lift and curing etc. complete for all widths masonry. Masonary should be in line , level, plumb with joints raked as per standard

External Plaster: Providing & applying, in single coat Sand Faced / cement plaster 15 mm thick on internal / external walls, in cement mortar 1:4, ( 1 Cement : 4 fine sand) to concrete, fly ash Block / brick surface, on walls in all levels and at all positions, on joints, and corners rounded off, including scaffolding & curing etc. complete.

Glass vision panel in lift fabrication structure: Providing & fixing 10 mm thick clear Toughned glass as vision panel of lift fabricated structure with heavy duty twinpro/Upro Aluminium Extruded Silver Anodied finished U channel system at bottom, sides & top with EDPM locking glazing gasket. Glass will be supporeted with MS frame support Structure. Scope includes scaffolding, lifting of glass till second floor & fixing safely in position. Note: The partition above the glass level would be measured and paid as per the finish in the respective items. Toughen clear Glass of size 1.2 x 2.4-02 nos

S/F 3 mm thick ACP panel fixing: Supplying and fixing 3 mm thick Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding of make ‘EUROBOND’ in perfect line and plumb, approved Colours and shade with metallic finish. Aluminium Composite Panel shall consist of two Aluminium sheets (Alu. Alloy – 1100 H18) 0.50 mm thickness and 2 mm thick antitoxic Polyethylene core. Aluminium fol PVDF coated (PVDF Coating 30 to 32 micron). including MS/ ALUMNIUM Frame made from 50 X 25 X 2 mm thick Aluminium / MS Channel fixed to the beam/slab and wall with aluminium plated screws, fasteners and aluminium brackets whenever required. Fixing over it 3 mm aluminium composite panel bended at edges fixed with powder coated aluminium cleats fixed with proper rivets fixing the tray to the frame with sheet metal cadmium plated screws and filling the joints with s with approved silicon weather Sealant (Dow Corning 789/Wacker 305) ,including making the clading dust proof and water proof. Including making of holes for cabling in ACP panel with framing including making of shop drawing, approval from consultant ,work at any height and at any location etc completed as directed by engineer incharge. (Mode of measurement for 2 sides of ACP panelling only 1 side area will be considerd)

Granite door frame: Providing and fixing premium black granite door frame around lift door of width 300 mm fixied in CM 1:4 including neat cement float, filling joints with white cement slurry mixed with matching pigment, machine cutting, rubbing, cleaning, curing with all lead lift, wastage etc. complete Corners of verticle & horizontal frame in 45 degrees.

Granite ramp strip: Providing and fixing in position black Granite stone Patti, top mirror polished hand / machined dressed in size of 1.5 mt x 0.075 mt x 25mm for ramp with iAraldite / equivalent adhesive with grey cement and colour pigment to match the shed for fine finish etc. complete with rubbing, polishing, cleaning, curing, all machinery, labour, all lead, lift, wastages & consumable etc. complete.

SS Railing Providing and fixing SS Railing made up of 16 gauge SS 304 Hollow Pipe Hand Rail 40mm dia. and Three horizontal pipes below hand rail of 25mm dia. (SS 304, 16g) and at approximately 1 Rmt centre to centre vertical support of Pipe 40mm dia (SS 304, 16g) and 12 mm round bar of 100mm length connection to top rail and vertical pipe, including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing (Matt Finish/Brush Finish) and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel fittings such as bends, Elbows, stainless steel nuts and bolts etc. complete. Fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the MS C Channel with suitable arrangement (if required) all welded to give one piece of appearance without burrs or protuberances, bent to required shape to follow staircase profile, fixed to side of steps with appropriate M S inserts as per design and Engineer Incharge etc. complete. Height of Railing 1.2 m

Gypsum work: Providing & applying, in single coat Gypsum plaster 12-15 mm thick to concrete, fly ash Block / brick surface, on walls in all levels and at all positions, on joints, and corners rounded off, including scaffolding at any height and any location etc. complete.

Plastic Emulsion paint: Providing & applying Painting with Plastic emulsion paint of approved brand (Asian or equivalent make) and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work & old work, including all necessary surface preparation including scrubbing of old paint, preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and sand papering one coat of putty, one coat of primer and two coats of paint at any height and any location cleaning etc. completed with scaffolding, masking, cleaning as directed by engineer in charge.

Exterior paint : providing & Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade using Asian or equivalent make, including base preparation by cleaning, preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and sand papering, priming etc. as per standard specifications of CPWD, including watering, scaffolding etc. complete. New & Old work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 Sqm. at any height and any location, including cleaning etc., completed as directed by engineer in charge.

Alteration in 2 track Aluminium Sliding Window by dismantling required sections and Glass, cutting & making window as per required size (Reduce in size) as directed by Engineer Incharge including consumable Hardware, Screws and rubber bidding in contractor scope. Mode of measurement - Final reduced size of window.

Labour charges for fixing GI sheet: Labour charges for fixing available GI sheet -2 mm thick with necessary hardwares, consumables in position, including Scaffolding, necessary tools & tackels

Silled labour: Supply of Skilled Labour with required working tools on man-days basis with supervisor of contractor's representative

Unskilled labour: Supply of Un-Skilled Labour with required working tools on man-days basis with supervisor of contractor's representative
