Installation and testing of compressed air piping with all fittings like, tee, elbow, flanges, etc. along with its MS supports installed inside TC #1, which was removed earlier. Piping to be laid as per finalised layout as per directions of engineer in charge. All joints to be welded properly. Proper MS supports to be provided for piping. Piping to be painted with one coat of primer and two coats of oil enamel paint. Painting material to be supplied by vendor. Any additional pipe, fittings, support material if required, will be provided by ARAI. However machining, fabrication, installation, welding to be done by vendor. Billing will be done as per actual site measurements of installed piping. After installation of piping, same is to be pressure tested for confirmation of zero leakage. Also corresponding flanges, gaskets, nut bolts will be provided by ARAI. Existing pipe to be cut and flanges to be welded for installation of overflow switch. Pipe MOC is MS and Size is 3 inch.
