Providing & applying, in single coat, Internal Cement Plaster, smooth finished , min.15mm thick , to rough side of wall, or RCC , in cement mortar 1:4, ( 1Cement : 4 fine natural sand) , to concrete, fly ash Block / brick surface, on walls, including Cut out finishig in all levels and at all positions, on joints, and corners rounded off, Fibre Mesh including H Frame/cup lock scaffolding & curing etc. complete, giving smooth finish . The Finished Surface to be approved by Engineer in charge .

Providing & fabricating Structural steel work in single/ built up section , plates, chequered plate, insert plate, channels, angles, pipes etc, for trusses, columns, light weight structures, Gates, Ladder, nosing angle, grill, insert plate, sag rod etc. fixed with or without connecting plate including cutting, welding, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, and two or more coats of approved shade of synthetic enamel paint with, rate shall include Preparing shop drawings, obtaining consultant's approval etc. all complete, ( Mechanical Fasteners 8,10,12 mm dia, Hilti make, welding electrodes, nut & bolts, consumables will not be paid separately, wt. of fasteners also won't be payable). Rates inclusive of necessary tests of material , welds , fasteners etc. as per relevant Indian standards). Steel sections shall be of good quality with ISI Mark (As per approved makes mentioned in tender document) Rate shall also include scaffolding for any height, hiring charges for crane, hydra etc., removing of plaster with grove cutting and remaking the surface etc. complete.
