P &L Granite : Providing and laying in position flooring of Steel grey granite stone ( white line) of approved shade and size 18 mm to 20 mm thick on bed 1:6 cement mortar including cement floats striking joints, pointing in C.M. 1:3 with leather finished polishing to Granite Stone slab by continuous grinding in 4 coats curing and cleaning (Base price of granite with 4 coat leather polishing Rs. 1023/Sq.M. )etc. complete.

Removing old paint like dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches scaffolding etc. complete

Providing and laying exterior tiles having size 30 cm. x 60 cm of thickness 9mm and above confirming to corresponding I.S. for dado ( As per approved pattern) in required position with readymade adhesive mortar of approved quality on plaster of 1:2 cement mortar including joint filling with white/ colour cement slurry cleaning curing etc. complete,(Please ref. image 1).

Providing and applying priming coat on concrete/ masonary/ Asbestos Cement plastered surfaces including scaffolding if necessary, preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and sand papering as required etc. complete.

Providing and applying two coats of exterior acraylic emulsion paint confirming to corresponding I.S. of approved manufacture and of approved colour to the plastered surfaces including cleaning ,preparing the plaster surface, applying primer coat, scaffolding if necessary , and watering the surface for two days etc complete

Luster Painting: Providing and applying pearl/ luster finish paint of approved colour and shade to the existing plaster surface including scaffolding, preparing the surface, applying the acrylic wall putti etc.complete

Removing old aluminium panel: Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Green Wall: providing and fixing vertical green wall of semi-Intensive aluminium frame grid (made of 50x50mm box aluminium section of 2mm thk) spaced at 450mm c/c vertically and horizantally for vertical green wall pot fixing with 30 pots per SQ. M. (approx size 14cm x 12 cm top size, 6.5 cm x 6.5 cm bottom size with one side tepered reducing diamension, with height of 12 cm), etc. completed, ( plaese ref. image no. 2)

ELECTRICAL & ALLIED WORKS

Suply and installation of 8-way,SPN, Metal type, Double Door (As approved by client / consultant / architect) UPS /Raw Power Distribution Board, surface / flush mounted on wall, interconnected wiring complete with earthing lugs, including DB wiring dressing with ferruling, termination of circuits with ping type copper lugs, blank plates, etc. housing following switchgears : (Schneider / Hager / Siemens / Legrand make as approved by client / consultant),I/C-32 A DP MCB,6 Numbers 10/16 AMP SP MCB as Outgoings

Supply and installation of 3C x 6 sqmm copper flexible FRLS cable with 2 run of 12 SWG GI bare wire (Panel to DB)

LIGHTING POINTS IN ROOM,

Supply & Installation of concealed / ressessed / surface light point / fan point / call bell point wiring using 600V FRLS grade 3R (P+N+E) x 1.5 Sq.mm copper conductor PVC insulated wires (with proper R,Y,B color code) pulled through new heavy gauge 25 mm PVC conduits to be laid concealed over false ceiling or in wall chases or on the ceiling in case of an open ceiling including 3R (P+N+E) x 2.5 Sq.mm circuit wires from the relevant DB and also including 2.5 sqmm green color copper earth wire and approved make modular type switch plate, switches, MS concealed back box, etc. as required & as approved by the consultant. (Each circuit shall not feed more than 8 points OR 800 watts as per following configuration.) Note: 1)The item rate shall inclusive ofLighting / Raw / UPS Power Circuit wiring from relevent DB to the Light fittings with 3Rx2.5 Sq.mm FRLS wires & from switch board to next switch board OR to the first light point / primary point / full point 2) Rate shall be inclusive of new heavy gauge 25 mm PVC conduit with required accessaries.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Addressable Intelligent Photo Thermal Detector (Heat detector) with programmable for timed automatic sensitivity selection with base, junction box and other accessories as required and detectors shall be UL listed (below False ceiling)(Note- The repeater /main fire panel is already installed.
