20 mm cement plaster of mix :1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Finishing walls with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint(Asian apex ultima , premium acrylic emulsion paint of Delux or equivalent of approved make ) having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives. New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm. Over and including priming coat of exterior Primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm.Note- The rates to be inclusive of provision and deployment of movable H frame scaffolding ( horizontal and vertical movable/adjustable H frame scaffold with wheeled and locking arrangment system scaffolding) for execution of ceiling painting works . Also, rates to be inclusive of provision and deployment of jhulla with necesasry support labors for carrying out external painting of building ( fins and chajjas etc.)

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. Note-complete. The rates to be inclusive of ( provision of movable H frame scaffolding) horizontal and vertical movable/adjustable H frame scaffold with wheeled and locking arrangment system scaffolding.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. Note-complete. The rates to be inclusive of ( provision of movable H frame scaffolding) horizontal and vertical movable/adjustable H frame scaffold with wheeled and locking arrangment system scaffolding.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect. SBR Polymer (@10% of cement weight) modified cementitious bond coat @ 2.2 kg cement per sqm of surface area mixed with specified proportion of approved polymer.

Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.12 mm average thickness.

Drilling suitable holes in reinforced or plain cement concrete with power driven drill machine to a minimum depth of 100mm upto 200mm in RCC beams, lintels, columns and slabs to introduce steel bars for sunshades/balconies including fixing the steel bars in position using epoxy resin anchor grout of approved make but excluding the cost of reinforcement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Upto and including 12mm dia.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing , supplying and fixing Glass fibre mesh in plastering work of any width required as per site condition. Mesh fabric made up of alkali resistant glass fibre of density 145 GSM & minimum 2mm thickness etc completed as directed.

Supply and erection of metal H frame scaffolding with necessary cross bracings and fixing arrangements etc. to be utilised throughout the project duration irrespective of its loction . ( The rate for 200 sq. meter of scaffolding item will be inclusive of labors and materials / hire charges of scaffolding throghout the project duration ) labor component ( for the supply of labors) will be extra for shifting erecting and relocating the scaffolding at different location throghout the project for the extra quantities above 200 sq. meter .

Supply of gun grade polysulphide sealent of 6.5 kgs bucket of required grade as so as to match with existing stone colour.

supply of skilled painter for carrying out the work of filling of polysulphide sealent in cracks and crevies at differnet locations in the building on the external façade only .

supply of belder for assisting painter during the work of carrying out of filling of polysulphide sealent only

extra for supply of jhullas with (including ) one semiskilled and one unskilled labors for carrying out the work of filling polysilphide sealent only.

cleaning of kotah / Dholpur stone tiles in teh external facad of building (Partial C wing and stair case) surface, removing dirt, dust, bird dropping, grease, oil, algae, fundus, monkey beats, vegetable growth etc., including providing, applying and washing the surface with 3% solution of teepal and liquid ammonia chemical of 5% solution and other chemical cleaning agent as approved by Archaeological survey of india/Engineer in charge, of approved brand and manufacturer, with the help of required scrubber and also cleaning with machine operated water jet without causing any scratching/damage to the stone surface and finally washing the surface with clean water with the help of pressure jet machine, complete in all respect , including taking all precautions to safegaurd ventilators, windows, doors etc. by suitable covering so as to avoid any damage to the building/structure, all as per direction of Engineer In-charge. The rates to be including all materials, labour and making arrangement for all installations needed & using safety appratus applicable including use of spider man method (SPIDER JHULLA KIT ) etc. All complete as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing , Supplying and erecting Double Bamboo Scaffolding Etc.at the work site including removal and stacking of the same at the deisgnated place after completion of work etc. completed as directed by Engineer Incharge
