The required prior work experience for the bidder includes the completion of similar works in the last 7 years, with specific cost requirements. The options for similar work experience are: - Completed three similar works each costing not less than ₹ 106.75 lakh - Completed two similar works each costing not less than ₹ 160.12 lakh - Completed one similar work costing not less than ₹ 213.50 lakh. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum.
