Work Experience Requirements
The required prior work experience for the bidder includes:

For HVAC system, the bidder should propose minimum 1 or up to maximum 3 specialized agencies who meet the following criteria:
- Three similar Works each costing not less than 07 Cr.
- Two similar works each costing not less than 10 Cr.
- One similar work costing not less than 14 Cr.
The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least 18 Cr. for two similar works or 24 Cr. for one similar work.
Bid Capacity
Bidding Capacity = (A x N x 1.5) - B
Where,
A = Maximum turn over in construction works executed in any one year during the last five years taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. The value of completed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of works at a simple rate of 7% per annum.
N = Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which pre-qualification application has been invited.
B = Value of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the period of completion of work for which tender has been invited.
The minimum requirement for bidding is:
Certificate of Rs. 68.00 crore (40% ECPT) certified by bankers (in form “B”) or Net worth certificate of minimum 17 Crore (10% of ECPT) issued by certified Chartered Accountant with UDIN (in form B-1).
So, the bid capacity required is 68.00 crore (40% ECPT) or Net worth certificate of minimum 17 Crore (10% of ECPT).
