The required prior work experience for the bidder is 3 years of experience in similar services. The bidder must have successfully executed/completed similar services over the last three years. The specific requirements are as follows: - Three similar completed services costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed services costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed service costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the estimated cost. Given the estimated bid value is 30000000, the amounts for similar works completed are: - 40% of 30000000 for three similar services, which equals 12000000. - 50% of 30000000 for two similar services, which equals 15000000. - 80% of 30000000 for one similar service, which equals 24000000. Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum average annual turnover of 160 Lakh for 3 years. The bidder must have 3 years of past experience in providing similar types of services to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU.
