Providing and applying 1.5 mm thick white cement based wall care putty in two coats of approved make, at all floors, levels and locations, over plastered surfaces finished smooth to correct line, level, plane, plumb etc., including preparing the surfaces, scaffolding smoothen the putty surfaces with very fine water proof emery paper to get a glossy finish etc. and On Old Surfaces. (Including thoroughly scrapping, removal of old paint, if any, sand papering & preparing the surfaces, applying approved putty for touch up to fill up crevices mild depression etc, necessary covering material (tarpaulin etc), cleaning, removal of splashing & droppings of floors, wall, ceiling, doors & windows etc & disposing of debris at directed place inside colony. )complete as per specifications, as per manufacturers specifications, drawing & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Point wiring with 4 sq.mm wire and 2.5 sq.mm insulated earth wire complete with 25 A 3pin socket outlet with plug(Industrial Type) near Casette AC unit/ outdoor unit as per AC OEM requirement & 25A DP MCB at operating height on wall, in readymade powder coated MS CRCA box with MS cover and with necessary cutouts,interconnections earthing stud etc . MCB shall be with 10KA breaking capacity.

Providing and laying autoclaved aerated cement (AAC) blocks masonry with 115mm/ 150mm/ 230mm / 300 mm thick AAC blocks as per approved manufacturer, using approved block laying polymer modified adhesive mortar in super structure above plinth level at all locations, levels & lead with RCC band at sill level and lintel level, curing, scaffolding etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in-Charge. (The RCC band shall have 2 nos. of 8 mm dia reinforcement and concrete of minimum grade M-20 or (1:1.5:3). ( AAC blocks shall be conforming to IS:2185, Part-3, having Grade-I with block of density 551 to 650 Kg/cum) . The payment of RCC band and reinforcement shall be made seperately under relevant item).

Providing and fixing a 1.0 mm thick decorative laminate of synthetic resin bonded laminated sheets with plain or wood grain in gloss or matt finish of approved make with a high density protective surface layer and the reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS:2046:1995 having a density greater than 4 gm/cm3 and shall have easy maintenance, good abrasion resistance for long life, excellent stain resistance, easy maintenance, and easy installation with good machinability, including the cost of adhesive of approved quality as per IS:848:2006, removing of existing paint fron wooden door, including cutting, pasting, finished cutting, scraping smoothly, etc., with all wastage, including disposal out side V S Bhavan at location identified by EIC within Anushaktinagar complete all as per specifications and as directed by the EIC.

Repairs to damaged RCC structural members at all locations/ floors using polymer modified cementatious mortar, for strengthening the existing RCC structural members using acrylic based polymer and comprising the following operations: Important Notes: 1) Breaking cracked/ spalled concrete members along the cracks with plaster, including removing and stacking of all unserviceable material at site, simultaneous transportation and disposal at a location in Anushaktinagar as identified by EIC. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge. 2) Exposing and cleaning the reinforcement thoroughly by light tapping/ wire brushing of using strong emery paper and finally by acetone/rust remover of approved make or as directed by EIC. 3) Applying a coat of polymer and cement slurry in the ratio 1:1 by volume to the reinforcement bars. 4) Polymer required for the work shall be procured by the Agency from approved make or as directed by EIC confirming to technical requirements as below and the invoices/challans etc to be submitted to EIC for record. Appearance: Milky White, Ph-Value:9-10, Specific Gravity :1.055+/0.005, Solid Contents (%w/w)-:44+/-1, Viscocity at 25 Degree C temperature (In Sec ):15-20, Testing of the material as per relevant codes at NABL approved third party lab is to be done by the Agency for every batch/lot of supply 5) Bond coat should be applied @0.37ltr/layer/Sq.m 6) Minimum FM of silica sand should be 2.10 a) Building up with polymer modified cementatious mortar for RCC structural members etc. in layers not exceeding 20 mm in a day (proportion – cement 50 Kg. : Silica sand 125 Kg. : polymer liquid 10 ltrs.) with necessary bond coat (polymer : Cement = 1:1 by volume) for tack coat and also for subsequent layers using polymer including curing, covering the flooring/ window with tarpaulins or equivalent covering material to avoid deposition of polymer mortar and cleaning of floor/ windows thoroughly on completion of repair work etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge.Polymer used for this work in KG shall be measured for payment.

Dismantalling and safe removing the old existing wall mounted Split air conditioner including pumpdown of refrigerant in the system,safely removal its copper piping & M.S. stand and packing of existing piping holes etc. depositing old AC at DCSEM stores, complete with all as per requirement and instructed by EIC.

Supplying & fixing in position at all floors and locations, 38 mm thick of following type solid core block board flush door shutters with commercial ply facing on both sides conforming to IS 2202 (latest)bonded with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin consisting of single leaf shutter(s) with second class teak wood 38X20 mm size lipping polished alround,with/ without view panel, fixing shutters in position to pressed steel door frames/ wooden frames/ graniteframes [door frames (choukat) shall be paid separatelyunder relevant item] at all floors by cutting / planning if necessary including labour for fixing of the fittings & fixtures as per drawing with wooden packing pieces if necessary (but excluding the cost of fittings and fixtures with screws which shall be paid separatelyunder relevant item) including including removing of existing door etc all surfaces including edges, including cost of all materials, adhesives, labours, wastages if any, all as per specifications, drawings all complete as per specifications, drawings & all as directed by E-I-C. Floor Access Box: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 300 x 300 x 75 mm access outlet box complete with trap frame & trap made of fire retardant engineering plastic or better, trap cover reinforced with pre-galvanised steel plate, cable exit groumets, trap lifting handle service plates to mount power & data sockets, access outlet base unit made of pre-galvanised steel with four side blanks to suit floor raceway installation, double earth connections in base unit etc. complete as required and as per instructions of EIC.

Split Air-conditioner: Supply, installation, testing and commisioning (SITC) of ceiling suspended casette minimum 3 star rated Invertor Split AC of following nominal/rated cooling capacities(Minimum) as per technical specifications and instructions of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1.The outdoor unit shall be provided with 10 mm thick neoprene pads. 2.The price is inclusive of consumables, leak testing, refrigent gas filling that may be required to put the air conditioner into service and no extra payment shall be made for the same. 3.The cutout for regrigerant pipe, cable and drain shall be included in scope. The closing of the cutout with the white cement or any other mean is also included in the scope. No extra payment shall be made for the same. 4.The ODU dimension shall be suitably selected for mounting in the space available in the parapet(approaximately 1000 mm width and 800 mm depth) without compromising on the condensor cooling and rated cooling capacity of the indoor unit as well as servicability. 5. On site warranty of Compresser shall be min. 10 years and PCB shall be min. 5 year from date of supply of units. Warranty certificates shall be submitted for each units while supplying the units. 2.0 TR / 7.1 KW Rated / Nominal capacity Cassette Split AC

Providing Ring Joint pipes at verticals and solvent cement jointed pipes at concealed locations. viii) Cutting the pipe to the required length including providing short pieces, necessary connectors, fittings & specials with & without door, assorted fittings such as plugs, tees, couplers, reducers, cross tees, reducing tees, elbows, bends, single & double Y, vent cowl, gaskets, offsets etc. including providing necessary clean outs, cleaning pipe, extension pipe if any for clean outs, door bend, door elbow, door Y, socket plug, etc wherever required for accessing every segment of soil and waste pipes to enable removal of any Chock up after installation. ix) Providing necessary specials for connecting UPVC SWR (IS:13592/ IS:14735) pipe with UPVC (IS:4985) pipe etc x) Dewatering the pit/ trenches if necessary till completion of work xi) Testing the pipe line for any leakages, rectifying the leakages if any, retesting etc., till water tightness of the pipe line is ensured. xii) Exposed pipe fixing arrangement include slotted G.I. section and U clamps. Section-III: Point wiring and Submain wiring- Point wiring in Existing conduits & New PVC casing & capping : Point wiring for light & ceiing fan with 1.1 KV grade FRLS PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor wire (ISI marked), in existing concealed conduit and / or providing 25mm x 16mm size white / ivory PVC casing capping on surface where conduit is not existing and providing wire in this PVC casing & capping, controlling modular switches on existing surface switch boards with required bakelite sheets/ new ready made fire retardant palstic boxes/new readymade concealed GI switch boxes with cover plate & metal frame, angle / batten pendent lamp holders ,PVC round plates, 6A connectors in concealed junction boxes , ferrule numbers on both sides, 1.1kV grade FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor wires for earthing of above said specifications, labelling etc. all as per site conditions, specifications, drawings and as instructed by Engineer-in-charge. Scope of work shall also includes providing the tags for wires inside casing & capping for bunching to avoid hanging of wires at the intervals of 600mm. Note:1. Wiring layout arrangement and samples of switch boxes are to be got approved prior to procurement. 2. All switches, sockets, cover plates & frame, plastic surface boxes, etc. shall be of white colour & similar to Myrius series of approved make and other accessories like lamp holders, ceiling roses & doorbell etc. shall be of polycarbonate body and shall preferably be ISI marked. 3. The dimensions of switches, sockets, and fan regulators shall preferably be ISI mark. 4. HMS PVC sleeves will have to be provided for crossing the wall, drilling holes & it’s refinishing to be also included in the scope. 5. Minimum size of the FRLS insulated copper earth continuity wire shall be 2.5 sq.mm. SPL NOTE: 1. The scope of work also includes removing of existing MS switch boards by breaking the brick wall, making suitable cut-outs in brick wall for fixing new switch boards, finishing with cement mortar, applying white putty as required,touchup paitnting for that area with OBD paint of existing shade or completely filling the area with cement mortar and applying white putty, touch up paint as required and as per instructions of E-I-C. 2. The scope also includes removal of the exisitng wires and depositing the same in stores. 3. The scope also includes removal of existing points from wall, cutting of existing conduits (if required), removal of the existing luminaires, fans, switches, sockets, regulators & existing casing & capping etc & take away of the dismantled switch boards, switches, sockets, regulators , luminaires, fans & casing & capping etc. Suitable rebate shall be considered for the same in the respective items. Multisensor Detectors : Supply ,installation,testing & commissioning of Intelligent addressable smoke detector unit working on multisensor detection technology with optical , heat detector sensor with inbuilt fault isolator complete with base as required similat to approved make equivalant to Model No HEKATRON MTD 533X & as per instructions of EIC.

SECTION- XII : AC SYSTEM-'Hi-wall Split Air-conditioner: Supply, installation, testing and commisioning (SITC) of wall mounted 5 star rating Invertor hi-wall Split AC units/ of following nominal/rated cooling capacities(Minimum) as per technical specifications and instructions of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1.The outdoor unit shall be provided with 10 mm thick neoprene pads. 2.The price is inclusive of consumables, leak testing, refrigent gas filling that may be required to put the air conditioner into service and no extra payment shall be made for the same. 3.The cutout for regrigerant pipe, cable and drain shall be included in scope. The closing of the cutout with the white cement or any other mean is also included in the scope. Section -IV: EARTHING WIRE- G.I / tinned Cu earth wire/earth strip fixed on wall/side of trench/slab /column /beam/ shaft connection to panel/DBs/SFU's etc. with 5mm thick G.I. Spacers & 2mm thick G.I. Saddle or in ground at 500 mm below with earth enhancing material surrounding the strip, including excavation in ground, refilling & removal of excess earth within a radius of 500 m, temporary instatement & backfilling of trench, consolidation, painting with two coats of black bituminous paint for earth wire/ strip in ground & green enamel paint for earth wire /strip on surface etc. 8 SWG tinned Cu earth wire

Providing and applying Polyurethane-based wood polish/ coating to the new or old teak wood surface vertically or horizontally at any height or width in design, pattern, color, etc., including cleaning of the existing surface of the TW with the help of a scraper, etc., sanding the same surface with 100 grit sand paper, and again re-sanding with 150 to 250 grit sand paper to have a smooth and even surface. Vacuum/dust off all the dust created by sanding from the surface by using a soft brush or cotton cloth; the same needs to be dampened in mineral spirit or water as per the requirement of an oil-based or water-based polyurethane finish. Seal the wooden surface with a mix of polyurethane and mineral spirit in a 2:1 proportion by wearing all the protective gear and allowing it to dry. After drying the surface again, do wet sanding to remove any runs, drips, or bubbles using ultrafine-grit sand paper and allow it to dry. After drying, apply a pure coat of PU by using natural bristles for oil-based and synthetic bristles for water-based, or spray as per manufacturer specifications. Wipe contoured and uneven surfaces with a rag to avoid drips from brushing, etc. Cover all the surrounding area with newspaper, etc. to avoid any splashing, stains, etc. while applying PU. Once the first coat of pure PU has dried (about 24 hours), sand the surface again, apply the second coat of pure PU in the same manner, and wait for 24 hours to dry completely. After this final coat, use a piece of cardboard instead of sandpaper to buff the surface for a nice finish, etc. complete all as directed by the engineer-in-charge.

Providing second class teak wood work in frames of doors, windows, clear story openings and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position of required size and shape including sawing, jointing, making rebates for shutters, making grooves as shown in the drawings, finishing the surfaces to the required finish all as per specifications and drawings including necessary MS hold fasts 40 mm X 3 mm thick, 200 mm long / with coach screws including protective painting to the suface that will come in contact with walls, joining materials, labour and including finishing as specified etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge Including painting the exposed surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and shade over a coat of approved primer.

Response Indicator : Supply ,installation,testing & commissioning of Response indicator consisting of aluminium casting enclosure & steady glowing 2 nos.red indicator (LED) and cover plate shall be screen printed as "FIRE" similar to approved make equivalant to BX-UPI 202100030-01-01. The unit shall be suitable for connecting in parallel to the multisensor & wall mounting type with provision of 25mm dia conduit entries ,painting & other materials as complete as per specifications & of E-I-C.

After preliminary inspection, the sample should be fixed at site to ascertain its performance. Large scale manufacturing should be taken up only after rectification of defects in samples as directed to the full satisfaction of the department and after obtaining formal approval. b) b) All doors, windows, ventilators section shall be anodized extruded section of approved make or as directed by EIC. c) c) All fittings / fixtures shall be of approved make / quality and as approved by the Engineer in Charge. d) d) All dimensions mentioned in the drawing are approximate. Necessary allowance for fixing over rough ground, and also necessary allowances for fixing tolerances to be considered while manufacturing. While manufacturing, actual site measurement shall be considered. Necessary planing for fixing the unit has to be carried out by the contractor without any extra cost to the department. However, rate quoted by the contractor shall hold good. e) e) Payment shall be made per Kg basis. Aluminium sections such as shutter frames, track window / door frame/beading channel for glass adjustable louvers etc., shall only be measured linearly as per actual / finished cutting size nearest to centimeter and multiplied with sectional weight of the individual section and the total quantity of aluminium section will be arrived at for payment without any allowance for wastage. The quoted rate shall include cost of cleat angles/ fixtures etc. f) f) All glass panes shall be of approved make or as directed by EIC unless otherwise specified. The glasses will be measured for payment separately under relevant item. Actual size of the glass fixed in position will be considered for payment. g) g) Glass panes shall be fixed with approved EPDM gasketting, beading, to be free from settling. Necessary mastic to be provided against seepage of rain water. h) h) All top hung/side hung shutters to be provided with approved quality Heavy Duty S.S. friction hinges of approved make or as directed by EIC. All sliding shutters shall be provided with bottom sliding rollers. i) i) In case of damage of any existing work, the same has to be made good/restored to original condition by the contractor at his own cost. j) j) No separate payment shall be made for fittings such as locking arrangement, hinges, friction hinges, rollers, fittings and fixtures, gasket, cleat angle etc. Tendered are required to consider the cost of these items while quoting the rate for unit weight of aluminium sections for window / door. k) k) However floor spring and hydraulic door closer will be paid separately under relevant item.

PART II:PH WORKS Providing and fixing in position following Vitreous China Wall Hung type Wash down pattern water Closet consisting following items of work:- i) Providing Vitreous China wall hung type wash down pattern Water Closet ( EWC ) conforming to IS 2556 (part XVI) with integral "P" trap outlet with water seal not less than 50 mm with vent and necessary C.I. brackets supports. ii) Providing thermosetting or thermoplastic Seat & cover conforming to IS 2548, fixing seat & cover for water closet as per manufacturer's specification including the cost of corrosion resistant hinges, bolts, nuts, non ferrous or S.S washer etc. all complete. iii) Fixing the Water closet in position, jointing the trap, water closet and CI/UPVC pipe by Epoxy grout or Rubber seal as per pipe manufacturer. iv) Cutting hole, making grove or chases in the wall, floors, slabs etc., reinstating to it's original condition after completion of work, painting all metallic parts with two coats of flat oil paint of approved make & shade over a coat of primer, finishing the gaps with white / matching colour cement etc. all complete. v) Testing the system to the full satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge Vitreous China European Water Closet of Starwhite/snow white/bright colour with P trap of "APPROVED MAKE" Cat. No. SLS-WHT-6953BIUFSM with slow falling seat cover.

Blank PVC (HMS) Conduits : Supply & installation of high mechanical stress (HMS)rigid PVC conduit having ISI marked IS 9537 Part - 3,including fixing accessories & hardware concealed/exposed in slab/wall or on 5mm. thick G.I. spacers fixedwith no. 10 nettle fold wood screws with nylon plug complete with all conduit accessories 20 SWG G.I.Saddles, MS/PVC pull out boxes, MS/PVC junction boxes,couplers, bends binding wires etc. as per site condition & as per instructions of E-I-C and of following sizes :- 25 mm dia

M.S. supports: Supply, fabrication & installation of M.S. stand for the ODU (outdoor unit) of AC unit as required fabricated out of M.S. flat of size (50 mm x 8 mm) and M.S. angle of size (50 mm x 50 mm x 8 mm) and safety guard of M.S. flat of size (12 mm x 12 mm) with suitablle opening for maintenance purpose of ODU unit, painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer of approved make & shade to all M.S. parts at all levels & elevations as required and as per technical specification and instructions of Engineer-in-Charge.

SECTION -VII: LED Luminaire ,Ceiling fan, Exhaust fans etc- Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of LED luminaires complete with accessories etc on surface of slab/beam by 2 nos (minimum) of 6 mm anchor fasteners or on wall with 2 nos of wood screws, nylon plug etc.,suitable supporting frame fixed with rag bolts grouted on the wall/anchor fastener on the beam/on the column & other fixing accessories etc provision & connection with 1.5 sq.mm multistranded copper conductor FRLS PVC wires etc., all as per drawing, specifications & as per the instruction of E.I.C. Notes: 1) Sample luminaire/fittings shall be got approved from Dept with complete technical data. 2) All luminairess shall be with drivers. 3) Cost of mounting accessories shall be included in luminaires cost. 4) The lumen output indicated is minimum system output of luminaire. 5) No negative tolerance is allowed on minimum system performance parameters indicated in the SOQ and specifications. 6) The CCT of the luminaire shall be decided at time of work execution. Providing and fixing approved quality open door closer of approved make with necessary screws, fixing to the aluminium / glass / wooden door complete as per drawings, specifications including all labour, transporting etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge .

SECTION- XI : CCTV SYSTEM- Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 2 MP Dome cameras in ceiling/ false ceiling. Note: The scope includes fixing the camera, required accesories for fixing the camera, providing supply to the camera from exisitng POE switches along with all the necessary accesories required etc as per instruction of EIC.

Providing and laying at all floors and levels Vitrified tiles of size 600mmx600mm of approved make or as directed by EIC of approved pattern,colour & make & min thickness of 8.5 mm or as per manufacturer's specifications, laid directly over laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar1:4 bedding (using reday mix mortar) and spreading neat cement slurry by using minimum cement about 2 kg/sqm prior to bedding and spreading cement paste using minimum cement of about 4.50 kg/sqm over bedding,or on existing tile with polymer cum cement based adhesive(water proof quality) manufactured by roffe construction– NSA (non skid adhesive) or approved make or as directed by EIC in respect of flooring and fixed over 12 mm thick backing cement mortar 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) in respect of skirting , close jointed and grouted white /colour cement slurry with pigments to match the colour of the tiles, finished to level, line, slope and plumb including cutting of tiles, making openings / cut out wherever necessary, including wastage for odd shape of room and final cleaning of surfaces as required, curing, etc. complete all as per drawings and manufacture's specification, relevent IS code and directed by the EIC. Note:No claim for payment of over thickness of adhesive for tile over tile work /cement mortar bedding considered by the Department. a) In flooring with tiles of approx. size 600 mm x 600 mm in Size laid over 20mm thick cement morter 1:4 bedding or on by chemical adhesive..

SECTION- X : VIDEO CONFERENCING SYSTEM FOR 8-10 PAX- UHD LED and peripherals for Audio & Video presentation & Conferencing system : 75'' full 4K UHD-LED professional touch display with swivel wall mount and with OPS as per specification. Note: LED display shall include suitable wireless & wired AV receiver and cabling. The HDMI point in cable cubby should have acess to the display. The display should have whiteboard feature.

Bow handles with back plate including providing an opening of size (200 mm X 150 mm) / (300 mm X 200 mm) or as shown in the drawing wherever required for providing and fixing PVC moulded louvers on both faces in the opening with S. S. screws, fixing shutters in position to granite/ steel frames (Frame shall be paid separately under relevant item) at all floors by cutting / planing required if any, fixing with wooden packing pieces if required, including finishing all edges smooth with mixture of PVC powder & solvent including wastages, labours tools etc all as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing & fixing 12 mm thick Bison panel at all floors & locations including fixing the sheet to existing wooden/ M.S./ aluminium frame work with necessary SS screws, forming grooves as required sizes making necessary openings/ cut outs around electrical fixtures A.C. grills & trap doors fixing to correct lines and levels with beading, scaffolding etc. complete all as directed bythe Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: All the joints of bison panel sheets in partition works shall be fixed or sealed with woven tape with the necessary waterproof glue.).

Providing, detailing, fabricating and fixing at desired location using hot Rolled sections, MS Flats/ round bars/ square bar/ angles, MS Plates etc of grade Fe 250 as per specifications and approved fabrication drawings (which are to be prepared by Contractor and got approved from Engineer), transporting to site and erecting/ making structural steel members for all heights & at all levels including provision of necessary erection bolts, fixing bolts, nuts, washers, cleats, stiffeners, gussets, base plate, and all necessary fixtures and operations like preheating as per specifications, straightening, bending, cutting, drilling, grinding, machining if specified, welding, grinding and removing the welding burr and preparing surface for painting with wire brush cleaning and applying two coats of epoxy red oxide zinc phosphate primer of 30 microns each and two coats of Epoxy Corrosion Resistant Enamel paint of 30 microns after fabrication including touching up with spray painting after erection etc complete as directed by Engineer In Charge.
