The Eligibility requirements given in the tender are: 1. Experience Criteria: The bidder should have 3 years of past experience in same/similar services. Alternatively, the bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar category products to any central/state government organization/PSU for a certain number of financial years. 2. Past Performance: 50% weightage is given to past performance. The bidder should have supplied some quantity during each of the financial years. The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - 50% weightage for past performance - 3 years of past experience in same/similar services - 3 years of warranty - 15% (margin of purchase preference/price band) - 10% (percentage of total quantity) The technical certifications required by the bidder to participate in this tender are: 1. MTCTE/ TEC Certified 2. IEC or ISA or equivalent Indian Cyber Security compliance 3. Certified Audited Balance Sheets 4. Certificate from the Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant 5. Udyam Registration (for MSEs) Necessary certificates should be attached for the offered brand, which should have direct presence in India, own tech support center (TAC) in India, and own service/repair/support center across India. Validation and approval by the buyer after evaluation of documents submitted is also required.
