18 mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement :5 coarse sand) finished with a top layer 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand).

Applying priming coat: (a) With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/ steel works

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : (a) Two or more coats on new work.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface :(a) Water thinnable cement primer.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: (a) New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).

Disposal of building rubbish / malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved

Providing and fixing fly proof stainless steel grade 304 wire gauge, to windows and clerestory windows using wire gauge with average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia. 0.50 mm all complete. With 12 mm mild steel U beading

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

(a)For fixed portion :Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required

Dry stone pitching 22.5 cm thick including supply of stones and preparing surface complete

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 and for all lift.

Providing and fixing zinc alloyed (white powder coated) touch lock for uPVC sliding window with necessary screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing steel roller for uPVC sliding window with necessary screws etc. complete.

Providing, erecting and dismantaling (after completion of work) double bamboo scaffold with vertical and horizontal and braces. The height of the scaffold to be erected would be maximum 35'. The scaffolding should have a provision for continoius cantilever working platform constructed by aides to be strutted diafonally to prevent from buckling under the weight of men & materials at comfort level for the men and the artisans to work which is 6', to 9" away from wall or chajja or any projections of the wall. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding

Providing and fixing 10mm thick muti wall polycarbonate sheet of "Macrolux Superlife " or Geplatics, made of homogenous material(with UV ressitant layer) physical and chemical characteristics of the sheet as specified , of colour and shade as aprroved, cut to required size and shape, bent to then required profile as per architectural drawing including fixing it to the structural steel frame using self-driving, self tapping screws with EPDM washers, nuts, bolts & washers EPDM gasket, colour anodised (min 20 microns thick with glossy finish). The item includes cost of all inputs of labour, material (including anodised presure plates, capping, sealant, EPDM gaskets etc. but excluding providing and fixing structural steel framework)T&P, all incidental charges etc.involved in the work. However for the purpose of payment, the area of polycarbonate sheet/ provided and fixedin position shall be measured in sqm
