Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Limited Tender

The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing similar works during the last seven years. The similar works should be related to "Design, Supply/Manufacture, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Telecommunication system in Metro rail/Mono Rail/Mainline Railway/Large Airport environment." The bidder should have completed at least one of the following: - One "similar work" of value of INR 84.22 crore or more. - Two "similar works" each of value of INR 52.64 crore or more. - Three "similar works" each of value of INR 42.11 crore or more. Substantial completion is defined as 80% (value-wise) or more works completed under the contract based on the original scope of work or revised scope of work, whichever is less. In case of joint venture/Consortium, the work experience of only the substantial partner (with a share of 26% or more) will be considered for evaluating the JV/Consortium. Each non-substantial partner in the JV/Consortium should have a minimum of 20% participation and should have experience of executing at least one Telecom Work of minimum 20% of NIT value in the last 07 years. The bidder should have experience of executing at least one Telecom Work of minimum 20% of NIT value in the last 07 years. The term "Telecommunication system" should comprise at least any three of the following: FOTS, TETRA Radio System, CCTV, IP-PBX based Telephony System, PIDS-PAS, Master Clock, and Access Control System. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in Telecom works awarded by DMRC or any other Metro Organization (100% owned by Govt.). The overall performance of the tenderer shall be examined for all ongoing Telecom works of value more than 40% of NIT cost of work and for all completed Telecom works within the last one year of value more than 40% of NIT cost of work. The bidder should not have been penalized with liquidated damages of 10% (or more) of the contract value due to delay, nor imposed with a penalty of 10% (or more) of the contract value due to any other reason in any Telecom works of value more than 10% of NIT cost of work during the last three years. The amount of INR 6.02 Crore is mentioned as the cash flow required for this contract, net of applicant’s commitments for other Contracts. The value of work done shall be updated to the last day of the month previous to the month of tender submission price level assuming 5% inflation for Indian Rupees every year and 2% for foreign currency portions per year. No total amount of dispute in pending litigation should be more than 50% of the tenderer's net worth.
