Past Performance: The bidder should have a past performance of 20%. The values like amount and percentage given for any of Eligibility requirements are: - Past Performance: 20% The technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender is: 1. Certified Audited Balance Sheets of relevant periods or a certificate from the Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant indicating the turnover details for the relevant period. 2. Certificate from the OEM regarding the percentage of the local content and the details of locations at which the local value addition is made. 3. Declaration relating to percentage of local content shall be certified by the statutory auditor or cost auditor, if the OEM is a company and by a practicing cost accountant or a chartered accountant for OEMs other than companies. 4. Udyam Registration and validation of credentials through Udyam Registration portal for MSEs. 5. Valid Udyam Registration, with credentials validated online through the Udyam Registration portal. Additionally, the bidder needs to upload relevant documentary evidence, such as copies of contracts, to support their eligibility claims.
