The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works in the last three years, with a cost of not less than Rs. 7684125/- in the case of work executed in Agriculture Produce Market Committee. The similar works considered are Residential Building / Commercial Building / Shed / Warehouse / Concrete Roads. The bidder should have achieved a financial turnover of not less than Rs. 11526188/- in any one year of the last five years in cases of civil engineering construction work of a similar nature. Additionally, the bidder should have executed a minimum quantity of works in any one year of the last five years, including excavation, R.C.C, brick masonry, water proofing, plaster, murum filling, and I.P.S floor, with specified quantities. The bidder should also have experience in private work, with a steel structural shed building of approximately 250 sqm. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder should have experience of similar type and magnitude of work. The bidder should provide details of other works, completed and in hand with the value of work unfinished of the last date of submission of tender. Income Tax TDS certificates are to be enclosed as a proof for satisfactory completion of work. Certificates issued by the Organizations/Departments without Income Tax TDS certificate will not be considered as proof for satisfactory completion of work.
