Item No.4 :- 'Providing and laying Cast in situ/ Ready Mix cement concrete in M-15 of trap/ granite/ quartzite gneiss metal for steps including steel centering plywood/steel formwork, laying/ pumping, compacting roughening them if special finish is to be provided, finishing uneven and honeycombed surface and curing etc. complete. The Cement Mortar 1:3 plaster is considered for rendering uneven and honeycombed surface only. Newly laid concrete shall be covered by gunny bag plastic, tarpaulin etc. (Wooden centering will not be llowed.),with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled reversible Drum Type mixer/concrete Batch mix plant (Pan mixer) etc. complete. With fine aggregate (Crushed sand V.S.I. Grade).

Item No.5 :- Providing and laying in nit./ Ready Mix cement concrete Mix-20 of trap/ granite/quartzite/ gneiss metal for Reinforced Cement Concrete work in foundations like raft, strip foundation., grillage and footings of Reinforced Cement Concrete columns and steel tanchions etc. including bailing out water, formwork, laying/ pumping cover block, compaction and curing roughening the surface if special finish is to be Provided, (Excluding reinforcement and structural steel) etc. complete, with fully automatic micro processor ased Programmable Logic Controller

Item No.6 :- Providing and laying cast in situ/ Ready Mix cement concrete M-20 of trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss metal for R.C.C. columns as per detailed designs and drawing or as directed including centering, formwork, cover blocks, laying' pumping, compaction finishing the formed surfaces with cement mortar 1:3 of sufficient minimum thickness to give a smooth and even surface or roughening if special finish is to be provided and curing etc. complete, (Excluding reinforcement and structural steel) with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled Reversible Drum Type mixer/ concrete Batch Mix plant (Pan mixer) etc. complete with fine aggregate (Crushed sand V.S.I. Grade).

(Excluding reinforcement and structural steel), with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled Reversible Drum Type mixer/ concrete Batch Mix plant (Pan mixer) etc. complete with fine aggregate (Crushed sand V.S.I. Grade).

Grade).

Pardi of required thickness including centering, formwork, cover blocks, laying/ pumping compacting, curing, finishing and rougheningthem if special finish is to be provided and curing complete, (Excluding reinforcement and structural steel) with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled Reversible Drum Type mixer/ concrete Batch Mix plant (Pan mixer) etc. complete, with fine aggregate (Crushed sand V.S.1. Grade).

Item No.10 :- Providing and fixing in position Thermo Mechanically Treated (TM T) FE -500 bar reinforcement of various diameters for Reinforced Cement Concrete pile caps, footings, foundations, slabs, beams columns, canopies, staircase, newels, chajjas, lintels pardis, copings, fins, arches etc. as per detailed desigis, drawings and schedules, including cutting bending, hooking the bars, binding with wires or tack welding and supporting as required complete.

Item No.11 :- Providing second class Burnt Brick masonry with conventional I I. S. type bricks in cement mortar 1:6 in superstructure including striking joints, raking out joints, watering and scaffolding comp lete.

Item No.12 :- Providing internal cement plaster 12 rem. thick in single coat in cement mortar 1:3 without neeru finish to concrete or brick surfaces, in all position including scaffolding and curing etc. complete

Item No.13 :- Providing and laying vitrified mirror/ glossy finish tiles for Flooring of decorative type having size 590 nun. to 605 min. x 590 inni. to 605 min. of 8 to 10 nun. thickness and confirming to I.S. 15622: 2006 (group Bla) of approved make, shade and pattern for flooring in required position laid on a bed of 1:4 cement mortar including neat cement float, filling joints, curing and clearing etc. complete

Item No.14 :- Providing and laying machine cut machine polished Shahabad stone slabs 20 to 25 mm. thick for treads and risers of steps and staircases with rounded nosing for the treads on a bed of 1:4 cement mortar including cement float, filling joints with neat cement slurry, curing, polishing and cleaning complete

Item No.15 :- Providing and applying two coats of water proof cement paint of approved manufacture and of approved colour to the plastered surfaces including scaffolding if necessary, cleaning and preparing the surface, watering for two days etc. complete.

Item No.16 :- Providing & applying washable oil bound distemper of approved colour and shade to old & new surfaces in two coats including scaffolding, preparing the surfaces.(excluding the primer coat.)

Item No.17 :- Providing and fixing rolling shutter fabricated from steel laths of minimum thickness 0.9 mm. with lock plate of 3.15 mm. thickness reinforced with 35 x 35 x 5 nun. angle section fitted with sliding bolts and handles for both sides, deep M.S. channel section of depth and thickness not less than 65 mm. and 3.15 mm. respectively with hold fast arrangements, M.S. Bracket plate 300 x 300 x 3.15 mm. minimum size and shape with square bar, suspension shaft of minimum 32 mm. diameter, hood cover of M .S. sheet not less than 0.9 min. thickness and of any size at top and safety devices including mechanical gear operation arrangement consisting of worm gear wheels and worms of high grade cast iron or mild steel and one coat of red lead printer etc. complete. (I.S. 6248-1979) (Without echanical gear).

Item No.18 :- Providing cement based water proofing treatment to terraces (Indian water proofing or alike) with brick bats laid in required slope to drain the water for any span after cleaning the base surface. Apply ing a coat of cement slurry admixed with approved water proofing compound and laying the brick bats on bottom layer in C.M .1:5 admixed with approved water proofing compound filling up to half depth of brick bats, curing this layer for 3 days, applying cement slurry over this layer joints of brick bats with C.M.I:3 admixed with approved water proofing compound and finally top fmishing with average 20 mm. thick layers of same mortar added with jute fiber at 1 Kg per bag including finishing the surface smooth with cement slurry admixed with approved water proofing compound. Marking finished surface with false squares of 300 mm x 300 making the junctions at the parapet rounded tapered top for required height, with drip mould at the junction of plaster and parapet and and covering 10 years Guarantee against on Court fee stamp paper of Rs. 500/- including pounding test ect complete

Item No.19 :- Providing sand faced plaster externally in cement mortar using approved screened sand, in all positions including base coat of 15 nun. thick in cement mortar 1:4 using waterproofing compound at 1 kg per cement bag curing the same for not less than 2 days and keeping the surface of the base coat rough to receive the sand faced treatment 6 to 8 mm. thick in cement mortar 1:4 finishing the surface by taking out grains and curing for fourteen days scaffolding et c.complete

Item No.20 :- Providing structural steel work in trusses, other similar trussed purlins and members with all bracing, gusset plates etc. as per detailed designs and drawings or as directed including cutting, fabricating, hoisting, erecting fixing in position, Making riveted/bolted/welded connection and one coat of anticorrosive paint and over it 2 coats of oil painting approved quality and shade etc. complete.

Item No.21 :- Providing and fixing M.S. grill door 24 kWsqin. Of various size as per detailed drawing without hot dip coating, iron fixtures and fastenings and 3 coats of oil painting etc

Item No.22 :- Providing and fixing in position (as per 1.S.1868:1982) Aluminium sliding window of two tracks with rectangular pipe having overall dimension 63.50 x38.10 x 1.02 inn, at weight 0.547 kg/Rmt. and window frame bottom track section 61.85 x 31.75 x 1.20 mm. at weight 0.695 kg/Rmt. Top and side track section 61.85 x31.75 x 1.30 mm. at weight 0.659 kg/Rmt. The shutter should be of bearing bottom 40 x 18 x 1.25 mm. at weight 0.417 kg/Rmt. Inter locking section 40 x 18 x 1.10 mm. at weight 0.469 kg/Rmt. And handle section 40 x 18 x 1.25 mm. at weight 0.417 kg/Rmt. and top section 40 x 18 x1.25 mm. at weight 0.417 kg/Rmt. As per detailed drawings and as directed by Engineer in charge with all necessary Aluminium sections fixtures and fastenings such as roller bearing in nylon casting and self locking catch fitted in vertical section of shutter including 5 nun. thick plain glass with all required screws and nuts etc, complete with colour Anodising with box.
