The bidder should have executed construction of earthwork and concrete lining of minimum quantities of certain items in a single year during the last five years, specifically: * Excavation: 33701.00 Cum (30% of 112338.00 Cum) * Embankment: 33945.00 Cum (30% of 113151.00 Cum) * Concrete Lining: 3407.00 Cum (30% of 11358.00 Cum) The bidder should have completed a similar type of work, i.e., construction of earthwork and lining, with a minimum cost of Rs. 537.12 Lakhs, which is 30% of the total cost of a similar type of work. The bidder should also have a minimum annual turnover of Rs. 671.40 lakhs in any one year during the last five years, which is 75% of the annual cost put to tender. The bidder is required to provide information on the annual turnover and value of civil, mechanical, and electrical works executed in any one year during the last three years, with updated values and total value of work done during the year. The factors used to update the value of work done are 1.50 for 2019-20, 1.40 for 2020-21, 1.30 for 2021-22, 1.20 for 2022-23, and 1.10 for 2023-24. The bidder's bid capacity is determined by the value of "A", which is the maximum value of annual turnover or civil, mechanical, or electrical works executed in any one year during the last three years, updated to the current DSR level. The percentage of similar works completed is 30% of the scheduled quantity, and the amount is a minimum of Rs. 537.12 Lakhs. The bidder should have completed previously at least one work of similar nature and complexity comparable to this work.
