The bidder should have at least 15 years of combined experience in providing consultancy services to Central/ State Govt. / Government undertaking /State Body/ PSU/ statutory local bodies/ Multilateral or bilateral funding agencies in development sector especially in Tourism / Agriculture development / Rural Water Supply & Sanitation / Environmental Development Plans / participatory groundwater management or Aquifer management /Sewerage / Drainage /Roads /Irrigation / Lake or riverfront Development Projects. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in preparation of Integrated Development plan/Environmental Development plans/District development plans and valid Empanelment with Department of Tourism, Maharashtra. The bidder should also be currently engaged as a Technical Support & Project Management consultant for the implementation of Integrated Tourism Development Plan in at least two districts in Maharashtra in last 3 years. The bidder should have completed assignments in last 10 years for Central/ State Govt. / Government undertaking /State Body as on PDD/ PSU/ statutory local bodies/ Multilateral or bilateral funding agencies for providing Training / capacity building in Rural Sanitation / Agriculture / Livelihoods sector at State & National Level. The bidder should have completed assignments in last 10 years for Central/ State Govt. / Government undertaking /State Body as on PDD/ PSU/ statutory local bodies/ Multilateral or bilateral funding agencies for preparing large scale Detail Project Reports/ Master plan/ Project Management Consultancy / Technical support for Lake or Riverfront Development / Groundwater Management /Aquifer Management/ Storm Water / SLWM / Sanitation.
