Applying florolac paint of approved brand, quality and colour to floors after rubbing and cleaning the surface, including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour etc complete.

Supplying and fixing roofing/cladding with 0.56mm thick or nearest available thickness aluminium corrugated sheet using self tapping carbon steel screws having high corrosion resistance with required drill point, washers etc. from reputed manufacturers, with minimum overlaps of 150mm at ends and two full corrugations on sides, including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour for all leads and liftsup to a height of 5metres , other incidentals etc complete.

Plastering with CM floated hard and trowelled smooth including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, curing etc.complete as directed by the Engineer-in- charge but excluding cost of cement. 1:4, 12mm thk

Finishing the plastered surface with approved quality Putty including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour etc.complete.

Providing and fixing GI chain link fabric fencing of dia 4mm or nearest available size of required width in mesh size of 50x50mm on M.S. structurals already fixed using suitable bolts and nuts including cost of chain link fencing, labour etc complete.(M.S structurals measured and paid seperatly.)

Suppying and stacking at site OPC/PPC/PSC conforming to relevant IS

Supplying and stacking at site TOR steel reinforcement bars of different diameters conforming to relevant IS1786 .

Providing and fixing in position powder coated aluminium single leaf door with outer frames vertical styles & top horizontal member of size 50mm x 45mm x 2mm, bottom horizontal member of size 100mm x 45mm x 2mm of superior quality powder coated aluminium sections panelled with 5mm thick plain glass fixed with EPDM beading between panel and aluminium frame on all faces and glass fixed at a height of 1m from the top. Bottom half with 8mm thick particle board of height 1.2m from bottom frame including cost and labour charges for all materials and fixing etc., complete. The door is to be provided with 1no. door lock, 2 nos anodized aluminium handles 150mm or nearest size one on each face of door shutter, 1no of door closer of approved make.

GRID CEILING Providing & Installing to true line and level commercial type Suspended Modular Ceiling suspended using suitable support system at every 1200mm intervals. General Requisites; Grids width: 24 mm finished in approved shade (white). The main runners & cross Tees to have "stab" installation system made of corrosion protected galvanized steel or approved equivalent.
