The required prior work experience for the bidder is having successfully completed works of similar nature in any Govt. Organizations / Govt. Undertaking Agencies during the last 7 years. The bidder should have completed: (a) One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the cost put to the bid (excluding GST), which is ` 3,49,73,819.66 OR (b) Two similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the cost put to the bid (excluding GST), which is ` 2,18,86,637.29 OR (c) Three similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the cost put to the bid (excluding GST), which is ` 1,74,94,911.83 The value of works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the executed value of work in the year of completion at a simple rate of 7% per annum. In case of works completion certificate issued by organizations other than Govt./ Govt. undertaking agencies, 50% valuation will be considered. The bidder should provide details of the work, including the name of the work, contract value, executed value of work, date of start, stipulated date of completion, actual date of completion, and the authority/department. The cost put to the bid is ` 4,37,17,274.58 (excluding GST).
