The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing specific categories of work(s) during the last 07 years. The categories are: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, (iii) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. For composite works, the tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of tender, (iii) One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of tender. In case of subcontracting, the subcontractor shall have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% value of work to be subletted, in the last 5 years. However, for subletting of work costing up to Rs 50 lakh, no previous work experience of the subcontractor shall be asked for. The bidder should submit work experience certificates, which should be issued by a government organization or a public listed company with an average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above in the last 3 financial years. The bidder should also submit documents such as a copy of the work order, bill of quantities, bill-wise details of payment received, and TDS certificates for all payments received, duly certified by a Chartered Accountant, in support of the work experience certificate. The required prior work experience for the bidder is related to contracting experience for the type of job for which the tender is invited. The bidder should provide certificates and testimonials regarding this experience, along with a list of works carried out in the past. The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: - 30% of advertised value of the tender for three similar works - 40% of advertised value of the tender for two similar works - 60% of advertised value of the tender for one similar work - 35% value of work to be subletted for subcontracting - Rs 50 lakh for subletting of work, where no previous work experience is required. The bidder should also provide details of maximum value of construction works executed and payment received, and existing commitments and balance amount of ongoing works for calculating Available Bid Capacity.
