The work shall done as per directed by railway engineer incharge or his representative. The scafolding material shall be removed by the contractor from site after completion of work. The rate inclusive of scafolding materials, T &P etc. complete .

Exterior painting of building using branded paint of Apex Ultima protek Br with duralife base coat of Asian make or equivalent as per instruction of engineer incharge. The item include 2 scraping and cleaning of existing wall surface, filling of putty in holes and cracks, applying duralife base coat and two or more coats of Ultima protek Br to give an even and good shade. The rate includes all labours, materials, T & P charges and taxes, transportation etc. (Excluding scafolding) complete

Providing waterproofing treatment with waterproof plaster of 25 mm thickness having cement mortar (1:3) on top of which China mosaic on terrace slab as per the following specification : Preparing surface by scrapping and brushing so as to remove all loose materials etc. and complete washing of the surface with water, providing cement concrete to proper slopes as directed by 1 Engineer. Applying one primer coat based waterproofing compound of approved quality mixed with cement (1 kg of waterproofing compound and 2 kg of cement should cover an area of 2.80 sqm). Laying broken China mosaic (broken pieces of china glazed tiles) of approved colour set in 25mm thick cement mortar 1:3 mixed with water proofing powder of approved quality to correct levels and slopes and joints finished by pouring cement slurry and brooming them down the tiles shall be closely packed such that china mosaic covers at least 90% of slab area.

Providing and applying synthetic fibre based water proof plaster 2-3 mm thick on 2 exterior wall surfases of make Renova or similar in approved shed and pattern to the satisfication of engineer with waterproof gaurarntee of seven years. Rate includes cost of materials, labour, tools and plants, scaffolding, lead lift, vat tax (GST) transpoartion, fuel etc. complete in all respect.

Providing & Fixing PILLAR COCK chromium plated for wash basin Jaquar make code no. 167/Mare series No. MOR-1100 or similar as per Engineer in charge. The rate includes all contractor's fittings, labour, materials complete with all lead and lifts.

Providing & Fixing TWO WAY BIB COCK chromium plated of jaquar make or similar as per engineer in charge. The rate includes all contractor's fittings, labour, materials complete with all lead and lifts.

Providing & Fixing SPRAY HOSE chromium plated of jaquar make or similar as per engineer in charge. The rate includes all contractor's fittings, labour, materials complete with all lead and lifts.

Supplying, providing and fixing Cera cruse table top wash basin. Rate shall include alll lead, lift and transport etc and inclusive of labour, material, all type of taxes, octroi etc. and all incidental works related with the working of the system.

Post-construction anti-termite treatment to structures with application by trenching, 17 drilling holes, injecting of Imidacloprid 30.5% SC @ 0.075% concentration mixed with water in ratio 1:475 alongwith spraying of woodwork with termiseal (oil based approved termiticide), as detailed in Indian Railways Standard Specifications, so as to create a chemical barrier below and around the structure by an approved professional agency. (Built-up area shall be considered for payment)

Providing general pest control service in colonies, offices, rest houses etc. to eliminate 18 cockroaches, red and black ants, silver fish by applying cockroach gel (pyrethrum extract) and Deltamethrin Chemical repeated quarterly for one year as per specifications mentioned in Indian Railways Standard Specifications. (Payment to be released in four quarterly installments)

Providing & fixing PVC Nahani trap 100mm and with PVC cover including making holes 19 in walls, beams etc. and fixing with utmost care to avoid leakage. The rate includes testing the trap & flow junction joints etc. for water tightness & making good and finishing the damaged portion but exclude cost of cement ( Item no. 17406 of SOR- 2002) (a) 100 mm dia

Providing and fixing Netlon or equivalent type extruded mosquito proof netting 20 properly cut to the size and stitched with Nylon thread and squarely fixed with 20mm retrohood and loop fastening system for removal and re-fixing complete and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. (Prior permission of DEN/Sr.DEN/Dy.CE is necessary).

Providing manufactures specification including all contractors labour, material, tools & plants, leads & lifts etc.alkaline based protective coating on reinforcement bars as per complete.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 using quartz sand (2.36 mm and down graded) in 22 place of ordinary sand with water cement ratio 0.40 and finishing the surface smooth in proper line, level & plumb in all positions. The rate includes use of required admixtures as per manufacture specification for achieving desired water cement ratio: (Generally to be used in exterior finishing and in areas, which are subjected to heavy rain lashing or dampness etc.) 15mm Thick
