Providing micro around concrete for filling of voids around wooden rafters at support 01 and adjoining location with ready to use micro concrete of approved make and quality as per manufacturer's specification upto 125%@ 100% Item includes all contractors labour, material, lead lift, wastage, tools and plants etc. complete in all respect.

Providing cutting and fixing 12mm thick waterproof plywood on existing frames in all positions Items includes all labours,materials, tools, plants and scaffolding etc.

Providing waterproofing treatment with waterproof plaster of 25mm thickness having cement mortar (1:3) on top which china mosaic on terrace slab as per the following specifications. Preparing surface by scrapping and brushing so as to remove all loose material etc. and complete washing of the surface with water, providing cement concrete to proper slopes as directed by 03 Engineer. Applying one primer coat of polymer based waterproofing compound of approved quality mixed with cement ( 1 kg of waterproofing compound and 2.0 kg of cement should cover an area of 2.80m) laying broken china mosaic ( broken pieces of china glazewd tiles) of approved colour set in 25mm thick cement mortar 1:3 mixed with water proofing powder of approved quality to correct levels and slopes and joints finished by pouring cement slurry and brooming them down, the tiles shall be closely packed such that china mosaic covers at least 90% of slab area.

Rate shall include all lead,lift and transport and inclusive of labour, material, all type of taxes, octroie tc. and all incidental works related with the working of the system.

Supplying and fixing stainless steel decorative glass floor spring of Hemco make or similar as approved by engineer incharge at site.

Supplying and fixing perforated /plane, pre-painted Aluminium false ceiling of Armstrong/Techno Associates or similar make at required height, form a grid of 60x60cm. The size of 02 panel is required to modify at locations to accommodate light fitting, fan & other fixtures including strutting,hooking, cutting etc for suspension from floor/roof slab with wire or approved support system to adjust the height. The panel shell be of Armstrong make or similar make with all materials, tools & plants,lead & lifts, cost of labour and inclusive of all taxes complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplyig, Providing and fixing VISTA make or similar roller bliinds in existing windows 03 including material labours tools plants lead and lift etc complete in all respect.Item includes the top and bottom rod and chairs of approved size suitable for existing windows.Design and quality will be approved by Rly's competent authority.

Supplying and fixing on existing wall paneling natural teak veneer(3mm thick) of approved quality design and grain shape, water and termite resistance with help of adhesives. 04 Veneers to be cut in proper shape and edges to be chamfered before fixing thereafter treating by way of sand papering and spray polishing glossy,melamine polish etc., so as to make the surface smooth and expose the grain texture complete in a respect with all contractor labour tools and materials tools and plants. leads and lifts, wastages elc, complete.

Supplying, providing and fixing wallpaper France / German made or similar on existing 05 surface including adhesive, material, labours, lead and lift complete in all respect. rate includes cleaning the surface making in good condition for application of the wall paper so that the application without any bubbles etc. complete.

Providing and fixing 15 mm thick Vitrified Quartz slab of size 2400 mm x 800mm , 11 machine cut for floors and similar locations of required size of approved shade,colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1cement:4coarse sand) with joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touchups,including rubbing,curing etc.complete at all levels.

Providing and fixing corian glass (solid surface) of 6mm thick conferance room windows/tables for given to aesthetic appearance or good looking. It is made acrylic, Epoxy or polyster resins and pigments. Its approxy weight 1 kg per sqft. It is stain, boiling water surface resistance and no visible damage on ball drop.etc. Rate are include buffing polishing all labour, material, transport, taxes all lead lift, etc Complete.

Supplying and laying films on old and new glass by maintaining heritage look of the 13 building, including removing old films, adhesive, dirst, dust, clean the glass properly and lay the new film on the galss as per directions and approval of engineer incharge .Rate includes labour, materials tool, and plants, lead and lifts etc. complete.
