Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of Wall mounted (High wall type) unit without drain pump": All indoor units as specified shall have; in general, noise levels less than 48db. For critical applications requiring noise levels below these limits, indoor units should be designed accordingly to meet noise level requirement. i) Each unit shall have electronic control valve to control refrigerant flow rate respond to load variation of the room. ii) The address of the indoor unit shall be set automatically or through central controller in case of individual and group control. iii) The fan shall be Turbo, multi blade type, statically & dynamically balanced to ensure low noise and vibration free operation of the system. The fan shall be direct driven type, mounted directly on motor shaft having support from housing. iv) The cooling coil shall be made out of seamless copper tubes and 4 having continuous aluminum fins. The fins shall be spaced by collars forming an integral part. The tubes shall be staggered in the direction of airflow. The tubes shall be hydraulically/ mechanically expanded for minimum thermal contact resistance with fins. Each coil shall be factory tested at 600 psi minimum (or as recommended by OEM) air pressure under water. v) Indoor unit shall have cleanable type filter with mould resistant resin net fixed to an integrally moulded The filter shall be slide in and neatly insert able type. It shall be possible to clean the filters either with compressed air or water. vi) Each indoor high wall unit shall be with corded/ cordless remote controller as standard features. The controller shall be able to change fan speed and angle of swing flap (for high wall) individually as per requirement. vii) All indoor Units should have force shut option to connect with fire alarm adaptor, so that the unit can be integrated with other systems to stop automatically such as in case of fire. (viii) High wall indoor units with cordless remote to be supplied and confirming to specification at Tech Spec-I. 1.6 TR/438 CFM.

Supply, installation & testing of cordless remote with receiver for the above indoor & cassette type units and confirming to specification at Tech Spec-I.

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of coloured touch panel central station for controlling all indoors.

Supply & erection of Refrigerant (R410a / R-32) charge to the outdoor unit and connected pipes between outdoor unit and AHU as per site requirement.

Refrigerant Piping for VRF system" Supply & erection of refrigerant piping of Hard drawn Cu pipe/tube of various sizes with elbows coupling and all accessories to connect condenser unit with cooling coil including suction and discharge lines with painting over it.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of necessary fittings, Yjoints / Refnet Joints. Y-Joint / T-Joints/ Ref-net separation refrigeration pipe joints and headers shall be in the 9 appropriate orientation to enable correct distribution of refrigerant. The Distribution Joints should be factory insulated with close cell nitrile rubber tubular sections of class 'O' fire rating as per IS: 476. Minimal brazing shall be done and shall be limited only to outside area i.e. non air-conditioned area. Further distribution shall be with PPM/ header kits and using fire/ brazing free connection joints as required and confirming to specification at Tech Spec-I.

CABLE TRAY FOR REFRIGERANT PIPING: Supply, fabricating and installing of G.I. perforated type cables trays with perforation not more than 17.5%) including suspending from ceiling 10 with MS angle, rods connection pieces, (L pieces, T pieces, 90/45 degree any other fitting required) G.I. nut bolts, G.I. washers, fasteners etc. complete in all respect as required at site and as per specification at Tech Spec-I. a) 300 mm wide, 50 mm depth & 2 mm thick with protective cover complete.

Drain Piping for VRF system" Providing & fixing of heavy duty PVC Pipe complete with fittings, supports as per specifications at Tech Spec-I and duly insulated with 6/9 mm thickness of closed cell tubular nitrile rubber as required & as per relevant IS. 32 mm dia.

Providing and fixing of control cable of 2 Core x 1.5 sqmm. Shielded cable in Heavy duty PVC conduit (20mm dia.) complete in all respect & as required and confirming to specification at Tech Spec-I.

MS FRAME FOR OUTDOOR UNITS Supply, Fabrication and Installation of MS frame using channels/angle iron sections as required for mounting of air cooled remote condensers and air 15 cooled condensing units for VRF outdoor units. The frame work shall be applied with red oxide primer and thereafter, two coats of enamel paint of approved colour. The general arrangement drawing for frame work shall be got approved from the Architects/ Structural Engineers prior to commencement of fabrication. Quoted price shall be inclusive of foundation/PCC blocks for the outdoor units and confirming to specification at Tech Spec-I.

SETC of 4 Core 50 Sq. mm LT PVC insulated, armoured, PVC sheathed Allu. Conductor cables with aluminium lugs, glands suitable nut bolt etc.

Supply, erection, testing & commissioning of LT panel Outdoor type with closing door powder coated consisting 2x630 A 4 pole ACB as I/C and 1x630 A 4P Bus Coupler, 8x250 A FP MCCB, 2x400 A MCCB for O/G with 3 ph KWH meter and other accessories complete with fixing.
