The required prior work experience for the bidder is as follows: - If the total cost of the tenderer's offer is Rs. 200 Lakh and above, the tenderer should have one Qualified Degree Holder Engineer. - If the total cost of the tenderer's offer is more than Rs. 25 Lakh but less than Rs. 200 Lakh, the tenderer should have one Qualified Diploma Holder Engineer. The tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: - Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of the advertised value of the tender. In the case of composite works, the tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. The tender value is mentioned as 105806.80, and a discount of 8.25% is applied, resulting in a final value of 97077.74. The amount of Rs. 25 Lakh is also mentioned as a threshold for the tenderer's offer.
