Central Railway Tender

The required prior work experience for the bidder involves successfully completing or substantially completing specific categories of work during the last 7 years. These categories include: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, (iii) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. Similar works include Electrification, Rewiring, HT/LT substation work, HT/LT cable work, street lighting, and other related electrical works. The work experience certificate should be issued by a Government Organization or a Public listed company with an average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above in the last 3 financial years. In case of a public listed company, the certificate should be accompanied by documents such as the work order, bill of quantities, bill-wise details of payment received, TDS certificates, and a copy of the final/last bill paid by the company. The specified values and percentages for similar works completed are 30%, 40%, and 60% of the advertised value of the tender, with corresponding amounts depending on the tender value.
