"Improving track drainage by Shallow Screening of existing ballast under traffic as per Para 227 {2(a) to (f)} of IRPWM and Para 6.2-IV of LWRManual, including removing the crib ballast in 50mm to 75mm depth below bottom of sleeper and complete shoulder ballast without breaking core 5 under the bottom of sleeper, to recover clean ballast by screening on wire mesh and disposing off the muck including throwing & leveling, if required beyond minimum 5m from the edge of cutting whichare upto 3m deep or alternatively carting it upto 50m for disposing it off beyond cutting or platforms away from the track, as directed by Engineer in- charge including cutting & making up the cess andensuring proper drainage slope and then re- inserting cleaned ballast into track and compaction of shoulder and crib ballast by wooden mallet and dressing / profiling ballast as per railway specifications 6

"Slewing of track with contractor's tools and equipments including opening out ballast, 7 slewing track, packing of distrubed sleeper, aligning boxing etc, complete for passage of train as per direction of the site engineer as following the manual complete. [Note:-Payment will be made based on average slew calculated in each 50m length of track by averaging absolute values of positive and negative value of slews.]"

"Arranging sufficient illumination/light along with the track machines, working during 7 night by providing portable generater, tower light, halozen light, CFL light, cable etc as required and as per direction of the site Engineer. The rate includes cost fuel, manpower required, and all other incidental charges etc. all complete.Rate is for each individual track machine for any working hours between 17.00 Hrs to 07.00 hrs in any season/weather. "Greasing and Lubrication of curves (outer rail of and inner side of check rails) for higher degree curve to avoid friction between rail head & wheel flange. thereby reducing wear of rail. "

"Supply & Fixing Joggled Fish Plates with bolt / clamp in running track conditions at 12 welds on rail, as directed by engineer in-charge (drilling of holes in rail will be paid separately). Joggled Fish plate shall be supplied for NG line as per Railways approved drawing for 66 4 LBS rail section as per IS 1875:1992 (Class IV with grade designation 4568). Each set of JFP will consist of 2 Joggled Fish Plates & 2 pair of Nut & Bolts with square head and spring washer. "

Intensive rag picking from tracks in following locations with contrctors, labours,materials required for the above work(26 days in a month) (i) From Km 93/075-99/2070 (Between BHIVPURI ROAD-KJT) Area=50930 (4 nos labours per day) (ii) Km 100/710-102/465 (Between KJT-PDI) Area=5093 (2 nos labours per day) (iii) From Km 124/450-127/31 (Between 1 Khandala-LNL) Area= 50930 ( 4 nos. labours per day (iv) From Km 128/210-131/00 (LNL Yard) Area=50930 (4 nos labours per day) ( including all lines excluding 100.0m from all paltforms.) complete area is oemarched into 2 zone. KYN to BUD = 15 labours /per day/Shift in this location. Pick rag should be collected in rag container/Dustbin provided in each zone. Collected rag should be cleared by weekly from rag container / Dustbin and dispose to muncipal dumping yard. Payment for 4 Tonne trucks will be paid saperately. Intensive rag picking from tracks in following locations with contractor's labours, material required for the above work. (26 days in a month)
