Removing of surplus earth,debris of masonry,concrete etc. and transporting beyond rly premises 3 with all contractor's labour,masonry,tools and plants etc.complete as directed by engg incharge . Note: (1) The above rate is inclusive of all lead ,lift contractor's truck ,machinary,fuel,labour loading and unloading,taxes,dumping charge if any etc. complete in all respect. (2) the rate are inclusive of disposing of surplus materials with all lead,lift,royalty, taxes,octroi etc.at nominated places (in Navi Mumbai area) as approved by muncipality state Govt. (3) Royalty charges,which is included in the rate of above items, hence this item will be payable to the contractor on submission of challan paid to the revenue/ concerned dept.for royalty, otherwise royalty charges shall be deducted from on account bills and withheld with railways and will be released on submission of proper documentation of royalty paid to the concerned department of municipalty/ state government corporation/ state government.(4). The rates are inclusive of all royalty, taxes etc. payable to state government/ municipality by the successful tenderer/ contractor. (5) The rates are inclusive of crossing of tracks.

Providing GI/MS sheet barricating upto 4 m height around foundation trenches and working area 4 to protect for the entire construction period with all contractor's material such as GI/MS sheet, wooden drops, layout, tools etc. Rate shall be inclusive of painting of outside of sheets with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and quantity. the barricading shall be dismantled after completion of work by contractor and the released material will be contractor's property.

Providing/ supplying man power for OHE blocks in connection with FOB/ROB maintenance work and special works items include complete handling of discharrge rods from concerned SSE/OHE/Unit/depot to site of work & retirn back from site to unit or depot.

Removing weedsroots from the stone masonry walls, concrete walls etc, all types of wild 6 vegetation including thorny trees, bushes, shrubs, jungle shrubs,babool.peepal,baniyan trees, green grass etc by removing weed root with the help of chisel or other means upto 150mm deep, removal of complete roots & repairs hole with cement mortor 1:3 & maintaining for the period of 1 year with all contractor's material, labors, tools & plants, equipments, lead, lifts, transportatopn etc complete in all respect.
