Providing and laying in position machine batched, machine mixed and machine vibrated Cement Concrete of specified grade as per approved Design Mix (mixed in Mobile Concrete Batching/Mixing Plant at site or RMC from approved plants) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and coarse sand of approved quality in RCC raft foundation & Pile cap including finishing, 6 using Plasticiser in approved proportions (as per IS:9103), to modify workability without impairing strength and durability complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer in charge. Note: 1. Payment for cement, reinforcement and shuttering shall be made extra under relevant item. 2. Metallizing of steel work of girders with sprayed aluminium after surface preparation by Sand/grit blasting, followed by one coat of etch primer (IS:5666) & one coat of Zinc Chrome primer 12 (IS:104) and two coats of aluminium paint (IS:2339) with all labour, T&P and material as a complete job duly conforming to all relevant specifications and process given under Clause 39 of IRS-B1-2001. Note: Nominal Thickness of sprayed Aluminium coating shall be 150 microns. DFT of Zinc chrome primer shall be 25-30 microns and DFT of each coat of Aluminium paint shall be 12-14 microns. Fabrication, supply, assembling, riveting, welding, bolting where ever required with contractor's rivet material, weld materials, bolts, HSFG Bolts, service bolts erection and launching of semi through Girders as per Railway approved drawings with contractor's structural steel conforming to IS:2062.All structural steel shall conform to Quality "B0" Grade Designation E250 specification(plate less than 12 mm thick need not to be normalizing/normalizing rolling/controlled rolling) and rivets, nuts and bolts ,HSFG bolts, welding etc. including contractor's own material, fabrication machinery, templates, fixtures, equipment, tools and plants, metalizing, transportation, skilled/unskilled labours, excise duty, sales tax and other taxes, all lead, lift etc. complete. The rate are inclusive of trial assembly, transportation of fabricated girder parts to site by contractor's own means at his own cost. 21 The rate shall also be inclusive of cold straightening of deformed and bent girder parts before their asssembling and other ancillary steel structures whereever necessary for proper level and alignment. The rate shall be inclusive of supply, erection and dismantling of staging and scaffolding and other temporary arrangements wherever required for the purpose of assembly ,erection and launching of Girders by shifting the assembeled girder over dip lorrey (approx lead 90 meters). The rate is inclusive of conducting non-destructive tests on butt and fillet welds as per IS codes by Radiography/Ultrasonic magnetic particle test and dye penetrtion test and submitting the proper test report to railway with Firm's labour,materials tools and plants, including leading , loading and unloading etc. complete as directed by Engineer-incharge. If the test results obtained are failed, the liability of rectification of the defect lies with the Firm/Agency at his own cost and as directed by Engineer-Incharge. Note :-Cost of metalizing will paid separately under relevant item.

Supplying and driving snap head rivets of 16 to 23.5mm dia in the various members of the bridge, complete with contractor's labour, scaffolding, material, tools &plants etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge. Rivets should confirm to IS:1149, IS:1148 & IS:2062 Gr. 'A'.

Providing protective coating to exposed concrete face of bridge as per CECRI, Karaikudi 24 - integrated 4 coat system having 1st cost of micaceous iron oxide under coat, second coat polyimide primer, third coat of polyimide finish coat and last coat of aliphatic acrylicpolyurethane finish coat (Berger thane or similar paint) as per detailed specification attached.

Third party inspection of fabrication of Girders of Bridges Construction of Vincent RUB in VDLR-MM Chord section

Boxing and profiling of ballast as per procedure prescribed in latest edition of IRPWM 26 including cess dressing on both sides of track. The work will include removing excess ballast from track and putting the same in crib and shoulder by leading to a maximum of 50m including crossing of track, deweeding on ballast section etc and as directed by Engineer-In charge.

Linking of BG track (with guard rail ) over ballasted deck bridges with any type of rail section and PSC sleeper including leading free rails/welded panels available along the alignment on to bridge, leading and spreading all fittings and fastenings, leading & spreading of sleepers at specified spacing, squaring, placing of rails over sleepers and fixing rails & guard rails to sleepers with all types 27 of fittings and fastenings to correct gauge & alignment, lubrication of fittings and fastenings withcontractor's grease as per IRPWM standards with contractors labour, tools, consumables, with all lead, lifts etc. complete and raising, levelling and initial packing of track to make it fit for 30 kmph and meet other prerequisites prescribed in Indian Railway Track Machine Manual for deployment of Tamping Machine. Note: 1.Rail cutting and Hole drilling shall be paid separately. 2.Spreading of ballast and compaction shall be paid separately under relevant item. 3. This item shall be applicable only when track is with Guard Rail. Linking without guard rail be paid under relevant item for plain track linking.

Manufacturing/Fabrication, supplying at work site the hot dip galvanized H-Beam sleeper made of standard rolled section confirming to IS 2062 and as per standard drawing No. RDSO/B-1636/4R and fixing them on the bridge girder with the maximum spacing of 650 mm or as specified by Engineer-in charge including manufacturing, supplying and fixing of elastomeric pads with fitting to HBeam sleeper as specified or directed by engineer at site including manufacturing, supplying and fixing Hot dip galvanized zero toe load fastening and other fitting i.e. Gaurd rail assembly etc to RDSO drawing No. RDSO/B-1636/4R including manufacturing, supplying and fixing of 47 other galvanized item stiffeners, diaphragms and other plates as per RDSO drawing and supplying and fixing of angle-lacing with M. S angle 75x75x8mm including drilling of holes/welding etc. wherever required including connecting the sleeper to squareness as per specifications with all contractor's own material, labour, tools, equipment and all lead and lift transportation complete as per approved drawing and as instructed by engineer -in-charge. The length of H-Beam sleepers will be min. 2.475 mtr and as required by engineer -incharge as per site condition. a)The rate includes supplying and fixing MS Plates required as per site condition and dismantling of existing wooden sleepers track. b) The top flange of the girder shall be thoroughly cleaned before applying a thick coat of ready mix red lead paint confirming to IS 102 in advance before providing the H-Beam sleepers with contractor's own labour, paint and equipment.

Supplying & stacking 65mm machine crushed track stone ballast at Turbhe depot as per revised specification of June, 2016.... lift etc. complete.

Loading the Railway's ballast from stack into wagon/ hopper/boxes by suitable mechanical means with all contractor's machinery.
