Central Railway Tender

The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed specific similar works within the last 7 years. The required prior work experience includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. In case of composite works, the bidder must have completed: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. Similar nature of work includes any type of civil work. The tenderer must also have a minimum average annual contractual turnover, calculated as an average of total contractual payments in the previous three financial years.
