"Supply of Digital Axle Counter Multi section type complete sysem including the Central Evaluator and final track clearance relay for each secton, Reset boxes, LV boxes, All track side 1 units with detection point complete assembly & fixing arrangement for each detection point, clamps deflector for either side of each detection points, monitoring console for monitoring all the DPs at a time installed at a station/ RH/IBH etc. with all other accessories fully wired and fully equipped as per RDSO specification No.RDSO/ SPN/176/2013 (ver.3) or latest and manufacturers specification. The equipment must also include the following : a) System must have remote monitoring and health diagnostics feature as per RDSO specification. b) Surge protection device. c) 20% spare slots for the both detection heads and track section in the evaluator for future and emergenc provision. Each set also consisting of a) Double rail contact of standard length of cable as per site requirement and mounting accessories - Equal to no. of DP. b) Deflectors to safeguard Rail Contact will be TWICE the no. of DPs. c) Protecting tube from DP to railhead as per requirement. d) Diagnostic PC (to be inspected by the consignee)as per specification and other accessories (as per Annexure-XXII) e) Pre- wired cabinet/rack no. as per site requirement. f) 6 Nos. Electrostatic Discharge Wrist Band for cards/ modules protection. " (Inspection Agency-RDSO)

Supply, checking of Installation and commissioning of SMPS based integrated power 01 supply conforming to RDSO specification RDSO /SPN 165/2012 Version 3.0 with lasted amendments for LC gates as per central Rly Drg. No. SK -791/C with laste corrections if any attached as Annexure 2. Scrope of supply, checking of intallation and commissioning of IPS shall be AS PER rdso LETTER nO. sts/e/ips/Genl. dated 03.04.2008 or latest if any attached as annexture A.(Inspection Agency-RDSO)
